高校思想政治教育隱性課程研究

【摘要】:在當今社會多元文化盛行的背景下,如何做好各高校的思想政治教育工作成為黨和國家高度重視的一個課題。做好高校的思想政治教育工作,就要對傳統(tǒng)的思想政治教育理論課程進行研究和創(chuàng)新,一方面在理論方面豐富思想政治教育的相關內(nèi)容,另一方面在實踐中拓展思想政治教育工作的新領域。目前國內(nèi)對思想政治教育隱性課程的研究還處于起步階段,但也取得了一系列有益的研究成果。本文在詳細研讀相關專著和論文資料的基礎上,詳細分析了高校思想政治教育隱性課程的的概念、內(nèi)涵等基本理論以及開發(fā)利用的新理念、新策略。以下是本文的邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)和主要研究內(nèi)容。 第一部分為緒論,闡述了本課題的研究意義、研究方法以及隱性課程領域目前的研究狀況。國外首次正式使用隱性課程概念的是美國的教育學家杰克遜,從此對隱性課程的研究正式拉開帷幕,研究者形成不同的流派,從不同角度探討隱性課程的概念、內(nèi)容等一系列問題。國內(nèi)對于隱性課程的研究起步較晚,近年來成為教學研究領域的重要課題,也成為當今課程改革的重要內(nèi)容。 第二部分對思想政治教育隱性課程的概念進行了界定,并從特征、功能、類別三個角度解析了高校思想政治隱性課程的基本內(nèi)涵。高校思想政治教育隱性課程的獨特結(jié)構(gòu)決定了其具有不同于顯性課程的獨特性質(zhì),因而成為增強思想政治教育實效性的有效途徑。高校思想政治隱性課程的功能可以分為社會控制和促進個體發(fā)展兩個方面。關于其類別的劃分目前理論界尚未形成統(tǒng)一認識,文章詳細介紹了各種類別的劃分標準以及作者個人的觀點。 第三部分闡述了高校思想政治教育隱性課程的理論依據(jù)和相關知識借鑒。建構(gòu)主義理論和馬克思主義環(huán)境理論是思想政治教育隱性課程的直接理論依據(jù),思想政治教育隱性課程從教育目標內(nèi)容的確立,到教育方式方法的運用,可以說無不受到建構(gòu)主義理論和馬克思主義環(huán)境理論的內(nèi)在牽引。此外,文章還借鑒心理學相關知識,詳細分析了個體接受新知識經(jīng)驗的心理機制,思想政治教育隱性課程的心理學依據(jù)決定了其科學性、有效性。 第四部分討論了高校思想政治隱性課程的開發(fā)利用途徑,從課堂教學中和課堂教學外兩方面來討論。文章在闡述基礎理論的同時也詳細討論了具體的實施途徑,力求在豐富理論知識的同時增加本文的實踐意義。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the prevailing multiculturalism, how to do well the ideological and political education in colleges and universities has become a subject that the Party and the country attach great importance to. To do a good job in ideological and political education in colleges and universities, we must study and innovate the traditional ideological and political education theoretical courses. On the one hand, we should enrich the relevant contents of ideological and political education in theory. On the other hand, expand the new field of ideological and political education in practice. At present, the research on the hidden curriculum of ideological and political education is still in its infancy, but it has also made a series of beneficial research results. Based on the detailed study of relevant monographs and papers, this paper analyzes in detail the concept and connotation of the hidden curriculum of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, as well as the new ideas and strategies of exploitation and utilization. The following is the logical structure and main research contents of this paper. The first part is the introduction, which describes the significance of the research, research methods and the current research situation in the field of recessive curriculum. Jackson, an American educator, used the concept of recessive curriculum for the first time in foreign countries. Since then, the research on recessive curriculum has officially begun, and researchers have formed different schools and explored the concept of recessive curriculum from different angles. The unique structure of the hidden curriculum of ideological and political education in colleges and universities determines its unique nature, which is different from the dominant curriculum, and thus becomes an effective way to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education. The function of ideological and political recessive curriculum in colleges and universities can be divided into two aspects: social control and promoting individual development. At present, there is not a unified understanding of the classification of its categories in the theoretical circle. This paper introduces in detail the criteria for the classification of various categories and the personal views of the author. The third part expounds the theoretical basis and relevant knowledge reference of the hidden curriculum of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Constructivism theory and Marxist environment theory are the direct theoretical basis for the recessive curriculum of ideological and political education. The implicit curriculum of ideological and political education includes the establishment of educational objectives and contents, and the application of educational methods and methods.
