淺析大學生社會資本及其對德育的影響

【摘要】:社會資本是社會學研究中的一個重要概念,它是指個人通過與他人或組織長期交往中形成的穩(wěn)定關系,以及這種關系中凝聚成的群體共同遵守的規(guī)則,這些規(guī)則也可以由信仰、行為、規(guī)范、價值理念等作為外顯方式。而作為社會資本其中一類的大學生社會資本則可以被界定為是處于社會共同體之中的學生通過與家長、學校、社會等各種對象之間的長期交往、互助影響形成的一系列認同關系,以及這些關系中積淀的互惠、規(guī)范、信任等行為規(guī)范和理念信仰。大學生社會資本主要由家庭社會資本、學校社會資本和社會實踐中的社會資本構成,本文以大學生社會資本的主要成份作為測量指標,分析歸納出大學生社會資本具有高穩(wěn)定性、差異性和有限性的特點。從積極層面上來講,大學生社會資本對大學生德育具有積極意義,大學生社會資本是大學生健全人格的有效組成部分,它能有效幫助大學生在社會化進程中準確地進行角色定位和增強道德踐行能力,但是具體來講,不同性質(zhì)的大學生社會資本對其德育產(chǎn)生的影響是不同的:健康開放的社會資本能增強大學生德育實效;封閉狹隘的社會資本會限制大學生綜合素質(zhì)的提高。優(yōu)化大學生社會資本可以有效避免大學生不良社會資本對其德育的負面影響,為此,需整合家庭、學校、社會三方資源,形成培育和優(yōu)化大學生社會資本的合力。大學生應增強積累社會資本的自覺性;家庭則要致力于營造健康的教育氛圍,培育出大學生社會資本生成的理想土壤;高校應加大對學生社團發(fā)展的重視和扶持力度,創(chuàng)設多種社會實踐形式,一方面助力于提升大學生社會資本生成和積累的速度,另一方面又有利于提升大學生社會資本的含金量。
[Abstract]:Social capital is an important concept in sociological research. It refers to the stable relationships formed by individuals through long-term contacts with others or organizations, as well as the rules by which groups condense in such relationships, which can also be governed by faith, Behavior, norms, values and so on as an explicit way. As a kind of social capital, college students' social capital can be defined as long-term communication between students in the social community through various objects such as parents, schools, society, etc. Mutual aid influences the formation of a series of identity relationships, as well as the accumulation of reciprocity, norms, trust and other norms of behavior and belief. College students' social capital is mainly composed of family social capital, school social capital and social capital in social practice. The social capital of college students is characterized by high stability, difference and finiteness. On the positive level, the social capital of college students has positive significance to the moral education of college students, and the social capital of college students is an effective part of the sound personality of college students. It can effectively help college students to accurately position their roles and enhance their ability of moral practice in the process of socialization, but specifically, The influence of social capital of different nature on moral education is different: healthy and open social capital can enhance the actual effect of moral education of college students; Closed and narrow social capital will limit the improvement of college students' comprehensive quality. Optimizing college students' social capital can effectively avoid the negative influence of college students' bad social capital on their moral education. Therefore, it is necessary to integrate the resources of family, school and society to form the resultant force of cultivating and optimizing college students' social capital. College students should strengthen their consciousness of accumulating social capital, while families should devote themselves to creating a healthy educational atmosphere and cultivate the ideal soil for the generation of social capital of college students. Colleges and universities should pay more attention to and support the development of student associations, create a variety of social practice forms, on the one hand, help to promote the speed of social capital generation and accumulation of college students. On the other hand, it helps to promote the gold content of college students' social capital.
