【摘要】：清末建立大學(xué)堂以后,中國(guó)教育逐步邁入收費(fèi)時(shí)代。為了補(bǔ)貼家境貧寒的學(xué)生,高校設(shè)置獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金成為必然的選擇。民國(guó)以后,歷屆政府不斷加大對(duì)高校學(xué)生的收費(fèi)力度,為了使貧寒學(xué)生順利完成學(xué)業(yè),社會(huì)各界在高校設(shè)置了不同種類的獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金�？箲�(zhàn)時(shí)期,由于時(shí)局艱難,為減輕戰(zhàn)區(qū)學(xué)生的經(jīng)濟(jì)壓力,國(guó)民政府開(kāi)始設(shè)置貸學(xué)金作為獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)學(xué)習(xí)優(yōu)秀學(xué)生的獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金,但這種貸學(xué)金的設(shè)置加重了政府的負(fù)擔(dān)�？箲�(zhàn)結(jié)束后,國(guó)民政府取消貸學(xué)金,改行獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金,試圖通過(guò)向高校學(xué)生收取學(xué)費(fèi)來(lái)補(bǔ)充國(guó)家對(duì)高等教育投入的不足。
[Abstract]:After the establishment of the college in the late Qing Dynasty, Chinese education gradually entered the era of charging fees. In order to subsidize students from poor families, the establishment of scholarships in colleges and universities has become an inevitable choice. Since the Republic of China, successive governments have continuously increased the charge for college students. In order to make the poor students finish their studies smoothly, different kinds of scholarships have been set up in colleges and universities from all walks of life. During the War of Resistance against Japan, because of the difficult situation, in order to alleviate the economic pressure of the students in the war zone, the National Government began to set up the loan fund as a scholarship to reward the excellent students, but the setting of this kind of loan fund increased the burden of the government. After the War of Resistance against Japan, the National Government cancelled the loan of school funds and switched to scholarships, trying to supplement the national investment in higher education by charging tuition fees to college students.
