【摘要】：實驗隊伍在高校教學(xué)改革、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和人才培養(yǎng)中發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。針對實驗隊伍建設(shè)中存在的人員結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、工作難定量、發(fā)展空間小等問題,提出了改革創(chuàng)新實驗人員的用人進(jìn)人機制、建立健全實驗人員工作考核制度和激勵政策、制定完善實驗人員在職培訓(xùn)和職稱評定制度等實驗隊伍建設(shè)的改革新舉措。
[Abstract]:The experimental team plays a more and more important role in teaching reform, technological innovation and talent training in colleges and universities. In view of the problems existing in the construction of the experimental team, such as unreasonable personnel structure, difficult to quantify the work and small space for development, this paper puts forward the reform and innovation of the personnel admission mechanism of the laboratory personnel, the establishment and improvement of the examination system and the incentive policy for the laboratory personnel. New measures should be taken to perfect the system of on-the-job training and professional title evaluation of laboratory personnel.
