【摘要】：正大學(xué)的長期發(fā)展離不開創(chuàng)新,將大學(xué)打造成一個創(chuàng)新型組織是每所大學(xué)提高競爭能力的必然選擇。大學(xué)教師創(chuàng)造潛能的開發(fā)、大學(xué)創(chuàng)新能力與適宜的創(chuàng)新氣氛和創(chuàng)新績效有著密切關(guān)系。大學(xué)創(chuàng)新績效取決教師個體努力,也需要科研以及教學(xué)團(tuán)隊形成一種合作、寬松、自由與適宜的創(chuàng)新氣氛。一、大學(xué)創(chuàng)新氣氛的營建必要性一所大學(xué)如果想在國家綜合實力的提升中貢獻(xiàn)力量,必須注重科研的創(chuàng)新氣氛建設(shè),從而不斷提高核心競爭
[Abstract]:The long-term development of a university can not be separated from innovation. It is an inevitable choice for every university to improve its competitive power to make it an innovative organization. The development of university teachers' creative potential and the university's innovation ability are closely related to the appropriate innovation atmosphere and innovation performance. The performance of university innovation depends on the individual efforts of teachers, and it also requires a cooperative, relaxed, free and suitable innovation atmosphere of scientific research and teaching teams. First, the necessity of constructing the innovative atmosphere of universities; if a university wants to contribute to the promotion of the country's comprehensive strength, it must pay attention to the construction of an innovative atmosphere for scientific research, thereby continuously raising the core competition.
