衡水學(xué)院構(gòu)建節(jié)約型校園的實(shí)踐研究

【摘要】：黨中央最近制定了改進(jìn)工作作風(fēng)、密切聯(lián)系群眾的八項(xiàng)規(guī)定。為深入貫徹落實(shí)中央關(guān)于厲行勤儉節(jié)約、反對鋪張浪費(fèi)的精神，在教育系統(tǒng)大力弘揚(yáng)中華民族勤儉節(jié)約的優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)，勤儉節(jié)約辦教育，建設(shè)節(jié)約型校園，有利于營造良好的育人環(huán)境，幫助廣大學(xué)生樹立勤儉節(jié)約意識，養(yǎng)成勤儉節(jié)約習(xí)慣，促進(jìn)青少年一代健康成長；有利于促進(jìn)學(xué)校節(jié)約能源資源，降低辦學(xué)成本，提高辦學(xué)效益；對于推動全社會形成勤儉節(jié)約的文明風(fēng)尚，，建設(shè)資源節(jié)約型、環(huán)境友好型社會，實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的“中國夢”都具有重要意義。這是選擇這個課題的最根本的目的。 衡水學(xué)院一直以來倡導(dǎo)勤儉節(jié)約辦教育、建設(shè)節(jié)約型校園，數(shù)年來已經(jīng)形成了一套自己成熟的做法，值得總結(jié)、提煉，上升到理論層面，作為高等教育工作者，自己覺得有責(zé)任、有義務(wù)開展有關(guān)這個課題的研究，為學(xué)校迎評促建和建設(shè)特色鮮明的地方性應(yīng)用型本科大學(xué)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)貢獻(xiàn)一份力量。衡水學(xué)院構(gòu)建節(jié)約型校園實(shí)踐研究具有重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。一是有助于界定節(jié)約型校園的基本理論，為課題研究提供理論支持；二是有助于了解衡水學(xué)院構(gòu)建節(jié)約型校園實(shí)踐活動的現(xiàn)狀，發(fā)現(xiàn)其中存在的問題，分析其原因，為完善衡水學(xué)院構(gòu)建節(jié)約型校園實(shí)的踐活動提供對策。 本文采用文獻(xiàn)法、訪談法、現(xiàn)場觀察等方法針對當(dāng)前衡水學(xué)院構(gòu)建節(jié)約型校園實(shí)踐活動的基本情況進(jìn)行研究。首先查閱相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料，梳理“節(jié)約型校園”的核心概念。并分析“節(jié)約型校園”的定義、特點(diǎn)、類型、功能，為研究開展提供理論參考。其次簡要回顧衡水學(xué)院構(gòu)建節(jié)約型校園實(shí)踐活動的發(fā)展歷程；衡水學(xué)院構(gòu)建節(jié)約型校園實(shí)踐活動的基本情況；衡水學(xué)院構(gòu)建節(jié)約型校園實(shí)踐活動的成功做法；衡水學(xué)院構(gòu)建節(jié)約型校園實(shí)踐活動過程中存在的問題；衡水學(xué)院構(gòu)建節(jié)約型校園實(shí)踐活動過程中存在問題的原因等。最后，針對現(xiàn)有問題提出完善衡水學(xué)院構(gòu)建節(jié)約型校園實(shí)踐活動的可持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的有效解決策略。
[Abstract]:The Party Central Committee has recently formulated eight regulations on improving the work style and maintaining close ties with the masses. In order to carry out in depth the central authorities' spirit of enforcing diligence and thrift and opposing extravagance and waste, we should vigorously carry forward the excellent tradition of the Chinese nation of thrift in the education system, work diligently and frugally in education, and build a conservation-oriented campus. It is beneficial to create a good educational environment, help the students to set up the consciousness of thrift, cultivate the habit of thrift, promote the healthy growth of the younger generation, promote the school to save energy resources, reduce the cost of running a school, and improve the efficiency of running a school. It is of great significance to promote the whole society to form the civilized fashion of thrift, to build a resource-conserving society, to build an environment-friendly society, and to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. This is the most fundamental purpose of choosing this subject. Hengshui College has been advocating thrift education and building energy-saving campus. Over the past few years, it has formed a set of its own mature practices, worth summing up, refining, rising to the theoretical level, as a higher education worker. I feel responsible and obliged to carry out the research on this subject and contribute to the strategic goal of local applied undergraduate universities with distinctive characteristics. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the construction of conservation campus in Hengshui University. First, it is helpful to define the basic theory of the conservation-oriented campus and provide theoretical support for the research of the subject; second, it is helpful to understand the current situation of the practical activities of constructing the conservation-oriented campus in Hengshui University, to find out the existing problems, and to analyze the reasons. In order to perfect Hengshui College to construct practical activities of saving campus to provide countermeasures. In this paper, the methods of literature, interview and field observation are used to study the basic situation of the construction of energy-saving campus practice in Hengshui University. First of all, referring to the relevant literature, combing the core concept of "conservation campus". The definition, characteristics, types and functions of "economical campus" are analyzed. Secondly, it briefly reviews the development process of the construction of energy-saving campus practice activities in Hengshui University, the basic situation of the construction of energy-saving campus practical activities in Hengshui University, and the successful practice of constructing energy-saving campus practice activities in Hengshui University. The problems existing in the construction of energy-saving campus practice activities in Hengshui College, and the reasons for the problems in the construction of energy-saving campus practical activities in Hengshui College. Finally, to solve the existing problems, the paper puts forward effective strategies to improve the sustainable and healthy development of the practical activities of Hengshui College.
