【摘要】：文化作為一種社會(huì)歷史現(xiàn)象,既是人類社會(huì)實(shí)踐的產(chǎn)物,也是人類社會(huì)得以延續(xù)和發(fā)展的基本途徑之一。進(jìn)入新世紀(jì)、新階段,全球化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化已成為不可阻擋的歷史潮流,在擴(kuò)大人們視野、增進(jìn)人類交往的同時(shí),也不可避免地帶來各種思想文化的激烈碰撞和交鋒,而且比以往任何時(shí)候都更直接、更尖銳。在國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)說到底是綜合國(guó)力競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的今天,文化在綜合國(guó)力中的“軟實(shí)力”地位日益凸顯,它已不僅僅是經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分和推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要杠桿,更是一個(gè)國(guó)家和民族文明程度和發(fā)展水平的象征,體現(xiàn)著國(guó)家的“軟實(shí)力”,反映著國(guó)際的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。高校作為文化高地,其第一任務(wù)是人才培養(yǎng),把大學(xué)生培養(yǎng)成為中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義合格的建設(shè)者和可靠的接班人。高校校園文化又是中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義先進(jìn)文化的重要組成部分,不僅為人才培養(yǎng)提供精神動(dòng)力,而且是社會(huì)主義精神文明建設(shè)的重要基地、示范區(qū)和輻射源,在提升國(guó)家軟實(shí)力、建設(shè)社會(huì)主義文化強(qiáng)國(guó)中,肩負(fù)重任。然而,當(dāng)前我國(guó)正處在改革發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵期,國(guó)內(nèi)社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型、國(guó)際全球化網(wǎng)絡(luò)化,以及高校自身改革等,在為新時(shí)期高校校園文化建設(shè)帶來機(jī)遇的同時(shí),也帶來嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。新時(shí)期高校校園物質(zhì)文化建設(shè)、精神文化建設(shè)、制度文化建設(shè)等存在著不同程度的問題,不僅嚴(yán)重制約了高校校園文化先進(jìn)性的發(fā)揮,也使一些大學(xué)生在價(jià)值判斷和價(jià)值選擇上產(chǎn)生困惑和迷茫。所以,如何加強(qiáng)新時(shí)期高校校園文化建設(shè),增強(qiáng)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系對(duì)高校校園文化建設(shè)的引領(lǐng),確保新時(shí)期高校校園文化建設(shè)的正確方向,提高高校校園文化建設(shè)的實(shí)效性,就成為貫徹落實(shí)黨的十八大提出的扎實(shí)推進(jìn)社會(huì)主義文化強(qiáng)國(guó)建設(shè)、推動(dòng)社會(huì)主義文化大發(fā)展大繁榮等精神的時(shí)代課題。本文以馬克思主義基本原理為指導(dǎo),探析了新時(shí)期高校校園文化,回顧改革開放以來我國(guó)高校校園文化建設(shè)取得的成就,以福建省高校為例,通過問卷調(diào)查來了解新時(shí)期高校校園文化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀、存在的主要問題及其原因,努力為新時(shí)期高校校園文化建設(shè)提供思路。
[Abstract]:As a social and historical phenomenon, culture is not only the product of human social practice, but also one of the basic ways for the continuation and development of human society. In the new century, globalization and networking have become an irresistible historical trend. While expanding people's horizons and enhancing human exchanges, they inevitably bring about a fierce collision and confrontation of various ideologies and cultures. And more direct and sharper than ever before. Today, when international competition is, in the final analysis, the competition of comprehensive national strength, the position of "soft power" of culture in comprehensive national strength is becoming increasingly prominent. It is not only an important part of the economy and an important lever to promote economic development. It is also a symbol of the civilization and development level of a country and a nation, reflecting the "soft power" of the country and the international competitiveness. As a cultural highland, the first task of colleges and universities is to train talents, and to train college students as qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Campus culture is an important part of the advanced culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It not only provides the spiritual power for the cultivation of talents, but also is an important base, demonstration area and radiation source for the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. In the promotion of national soft power, the construction of socialist cultural power, shoulder the heavy responsibility. However, at present, our country is in the critical period of reform and development. The transformation of domestic society, international globalization and networking, as well as the reform of colleges and universities themselves, bring opportunities for the construction of campus culture in colleges and universities in the new period, but also bring about severe challenges at the same time. In the new era, there are some problems in the construction of material culture, spiritual culture and system culture on the campus of colleges and universities, which not only seriously restrict the development of the advanced nature of campus culture in colleges and universities. It also makes some college students confused and confused in value judgment and value choice. Therefore, how to strengthen the construction of university campus culture in the new period, strengthen the guidance of socialist core value system to the construction of university campus culture, and ensure the correct direction of the construction of university campus culture in the new period, To improve the actual effect of campus culture construction in colleges and universities has become a spiritual task of carrying out the spirit of promoting the construction of socialist cultural power and promoting the great development and prosperity of socialist culture as proposed by the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Guided by the basic principles of Marxism, this paper probes into the campus culture of colleges and universities in the new era, reviews the achievements made in the construction of campus culture in colleges and universities in China since the reform and opening up, and takes the universities of Fujian Province as an example. The present situation, the main problems and the causes of campus culture construction in colleges and universities in the new period are understood by questionnaire survey, and the ideas are provided for the construction of campus culture in the new period.
