高校思想政治理論課教師教學能力研究

【摘要】:思想政治理論課教學是高校進行思想政治理論教育工作的主要渠道和陣地,對大學生樹立正確的世界觀、人生觀、價值觀起著重要作用。而高校思想政治理論課教師是黨的理論、路線、方針、政策的宣講者,是大學生健康成長的指導者和領路人。高校思想政治理論課教師教學能力的高低直接影響到教學的效果,影響到所培育出來的大學生的質量。當前,我們已經(jīng)進入經(jīng)濟全球化、思想多元化的社會,這給高校思想政治理論課帶來了巨大的機遇,同時也帶來了更多的問題和困難,如何提高思想政治理論課教師教學能力已經(jīng)是我們當前亟待解決的問題。 那么,本文在閱讀了大量的文獻資料的基礎之上,根據(jù)自己的理解和認識,圍繞當前思想政治理論課教師教學能力存在的問題作了全面的分析,通過對大學生進行訪談的方法,了解到思想政治理論課教師在教學中存在的問題及解決問題的突破口,再結合文獻提出具有針對性的對策。 論文共分為四個部分:第一章是引言,涵蓋了選題背景、選題目的、研究的理論意義和實際價值、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法五個方面。第二章是高校思想政治理論課教師教學能力的內(nèi)涵,主要包括相關概念的界定、提高思想政治理論課教師教學能力的重要性、高校思想政治理論課教師教學能力的構成三個方面。而對思想政治理論課教師教學能力的構成又分為基本教學能力和特殊教學能力;窘虒W能力包括教學認知能力、教學設計能力、教學操作能力、教學評價能力、教學創(chuàng)新能力、教學合作能力、教學科研能力;特殊教學能力包括整合時事的能力、開展思想政治教育的能力、培養(yǎng)大學生樹立正確“三觀”的能力。第三章是高校思想政治理論課教師教學能力存在的問題及其原因分析,主要是社會對思想政治理論課的關注程度不高、高等學校的相應制度不完善、教師個人能力的缺乏。第四章是提高高校思想政治理論課教師教學能力的對策,主要包括國家應該調動思想政治理論課教師的積極性、高校應為思想政治理論課教師提供良好的教學和科研環(huán)境、教師應提高自身能力。
[Abstract]:The teaching of ideological and political theory is the main channel and position of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, which plays an important role in setting up correct world outlook, outlook on life and values for college students. The teachers of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities are the preachers of the Party's theories, routes, principles and policies, as well as the guides and guides for the healthy growth of college students. The teaching ability of the ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities has a direct impact on the teaching effect and the quality of the college students. At present, we have entered a society of economic globalization and diversified thinking, which has brought great opportunities for ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities, and at the same time has brought more problems and difficulties. How to improve the teaching ability of ideological and political theory teachers is an urgent problem to be solved. Then, on the basis of reading a large amount of literature, according to my own understanding and understanding, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the problems existing in the teaching ability of the current ideological and political theory teachers, and through the method of interviewing college students, This paper finds out the problems existing in the teaching of the ideological and political theory course and the breakthrough of solving the problems, and then puts forward some pertinent countermeasures in combination with the literature. The thesis is divided into four parts: the first chapter is the introduction, including the background of the topic, the purpose of the topic, the theoretical significance and practical value of the study, the current situation of research at home and abroad, and research methods. The second chapter is the connotation of the teaching ability of the ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities, including the definition of related concepts and the importance of improving the teaching ability of the ideological and political theory teachers. The composition of teaching ability of ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities. The composition of teachers' teaching ability of ideological and political theory is divided into basic teaching ability and special teaching ability. The basic teaching ability includes the ability of teaching cognition, the ability of teaching design, the ability of teaching operation, the ability of teaching evaluation, the ability of teaching innovation, the ability of teaching cooperation, the ability of teaching research, the ability of special teaching including the ability of integrating current affairs, Develop the ability of ideological and political education and cultivate the ability of students to set up correct "three views". The third chapter is the analysis of the problems and causes of the teachers' teaching ability of the ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities. The main reasons are that the society pays less attention to the ideological and political theory courses, the corresponding system of the colleges and universities is not perfect, and the teachers' individual ability is lacking. The fourth chapter is the countermeasures to improve the teaching ability of the ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities, which mainly include that the state should arouse the enthusiasm of the teachers of the ideological and political theory courses, and colleges and universities should provide a good teaching and scientific research environment for the teachers of the ideological and political theory courses. Teachers should improve their ability.
