【摘要】：國家之間的競爭，歸根到底還是人才特別是創(chuàng)新型人才之間的競爭。因此，高等工程教育的作用和戰(zhàn)略地位顯得尤為突出，國家對其的關注度也大幅提升。工程領導力培養(yǎng)是高等工程教育的重要內容之一，美國和俄羅斯在工程教育方面普遍被認為是代表著兩種不同的模式，美國傾向于通識教育模式，而俄羅斯更傾向于專業(yè)教育模式。中國則是既汲取了美國工程教育的觀點，也借鑒了俄羅斯的經驗。對于如此具有代表性的國家，兩國的工程領導力培養(yǎng)模式有何共同點，有何區(qū)別，并對我國工程領導力培養(yǎng)模式有何借鑒意義是亟待解決的問題。本文對美國和俄羅斯兩國的工程領導力培養(yǎng)模式做出比較，希望對我國高等工程教育模式改進提供借鑒。 本文通過引出工程領導力開發(fā)這一議題對工程領導力概念和工程領導能力要求確定，，剖析了美國與俄羅斯工程領導力方案，總結其經驗與特征；同時，聯(lián)系我國的實際情況，根據知識、認知、才能三個方面的需求，以提高一切工科學生的領導力認知和培養(yǎng)"精英"工科學生成為未來的工程領導者為目的，并從詳細布局、特色以及操作性等視點對兩國工程領導力培養(yǎng)模式進行了全部的剖析。首先，闡述了本研究的相關理論。其次，展開對美國工程領導力培養(yǎng)模式的分析，包括對美國工程領導力教育的興起、設計理念與實踐、培養(yǎng)模式的目標及其結構、實施以及現(xiàn)狀進行深入剖析。然后，展開對俄羅斯工程領導力培養(yǎng)模式及其分析。包括俄羅斯工程領導力的設計理念和行為、俄羅斯工程領導力培養(yǎng)模式的目標、結構以及實施。最后，詳細分析比較美俄工程領導力培養(yǎng)模式特點和優(yōu)勢，分析了對我國高等工程教育中工程領導能力培養(yǎng)模式的借鑒和啟示。
[Abstract]:The competition between countries, in the final analysis, is the competition between talents, especially innovative talents. Therefore, the role and strategic position of higher engineering education is particularly prominent, and the state's attention to it has been greatly increased. Engineering leadership training is one of the important contents of higher engineering education. The United States and Russia are generally considered to represent two different models in engineering education. Russia, however, prefers a professional education model. China not only draws on the view of American engineering education, but also draws on the experience of Russia. For such a representative country, what are the similarities and differences between the two countries' engineering leadership training modes, and what is the reference significance for our country's engineering leadership training mode is an urgent problem to be solved. This paper compares the two models of engineering leadership training between the United States and Russia, hoping to provide a reference for the improvement of higher engineering education model in China. In this paper, the concept of engineering leadership and the requirement of engineering leadership are introduced, and the American and Russian engineering leadership schemes are analyzed, and their experiences and characteristics are summarized, at the same time, the actual situation of our country is considered. According to the needs of knowledge, cognition, ability, to improve the leadership cognition of all engineering students and to cultivate "elite" engineering students to become future engineering leaders, and from the detailed layout, The characteristics and maneuverability of the two countries' engineering leadership training model were analyzed. First of all, the related theory of this study is expounded. Secondly, it analyzes the American engineering leadership training model, including the rise of American engineering leadership education, design concept and practice, the goal and structure, implementation and current situation of American engineering leadership education. Then, the development of Russian engineering leadership training model and its analysis. Including the design concept and behavior of the Russian engineering leadership, the objectives, structure and implementation of the Russian engineering leadership training model. Finally, the characteristics and advantages of the American and Russian engineering leadership training models are analyzed in detail, and the reference and inspiration to the engineering leadership training models in China's higher engineering education are analyzed.
