思想政治理論課發(fā)展性評價考試改革研究

【摘要】:“發(fā)展性評價”是當前關于教育評價的新理念。它通過系統地搜集和分析評價信息,以學生的全面發(fā)展為根本出發(fā)點,以融合教學與評價為基礎和核心,在關注共性的基礎上注重個體的差異發(fā)展,是一種注重過程和評價對象的主體性,提倡評價者和評價對象共同商定發(fā)展目標并以促進評價對象發(fā)展為根本目的的教學評價!鞍l(fā)展性評價”“立足過程、注重發(fā)展”的特點及多元動態(tài)的評價方法對于創(chuàng)新思想政治理論課考試改革、促進大學生成長和發(fā)展具有重要作用。 本文立足于“發(fā)展性評價”這一現代教育評價理念,對“發(fā)展性評價”的內涵特征、有關支撐理論以及思想政治理論課考試的研究成果進行了梳理,通過剖析當前思想政治理論課的考試改革現狀,指出當前思想政治理論課考試存在的主要問題有:功能上重評判輕導向、內容上重廣度輕深度、方式上重定量輕定性、評價主體上重他評輕自評等,進而在對其原因進行分析的基礎上,提出思想政治理論課發(fā)展性評價考試改革的思路、原則及具體改革措施并加以探索性實踐。通過采用訪談及問卷調查的方法進行了思想政治理論課發(fā)展性評價考試改革的效果分析,指出發(fā)展性評價理念的樹立是考試改革創(chuàng)新的基礎、考試立足學生發(fā)展才能適應學習的接受心理、定量定性相結合才能保障多樣考試方式的實現、堅持考評主體互相監(jiān)督利于實現考試的有效反饋等方面的思想政治理論課發(fā)展性評價考試改革的思考,進而提出要在考評主體的互動中充分發(fā)揮師生的主動性及優(yōu)勢、在教學引導的基礎上實現學生考后的自我反饋分析、在知行統一的導向下完善課內外實踐課的考試評價、在新技術的支撐下拓展運用網絡平臺提升評價效率等方面進一步深化考試改革的建議。 論文基于“發(fā)展性評價”對思想政治理論課考試的方式方法進行了探索性創(chuàng)新實踐,拓展了思想政治理論課考試評價的視角,所總結的體會和提出的改革建議對深化思想政治理論課考試改革具有可供借鑒的參考。
[Abstract]:Developmental evaluation is a new idea about educational evaluation. Through systematic collection and analysis of evaluation information, it takes the all-round development of students as the basic starting point, the integration of teaching and evaluation as the foundation and core, and pays attention to the development of individual differences on the basis of paying close attention to the commonness. It is a kind of teaching evaluation that emphasizes the subjectivity of process and evaluation object, and advocates that the evaluator and the evaluation object agree on the development goal together and take the promotion of the evaluation object as the basic purpose. The characteristics of "basing on the process and paying attention to development" and the multi-dynamic evaluation method play an important role in innovating the examination reform of ideological and political theory course and promoting the growth and development of college students. Based on the modern educational evaluation idea of "developmental evaluation", this paper combs the connotation characteristics of "developmental evaluation", the relevant supporting theory and the research results of ideological and political theory course examination. By analyzing the present situation of the examination reform of the ideological and political theory course, this paper points out that the main problems existing in the examination of the ideological and political theory course at present are as follows: emphasis on evaluation and guidance in function, emphasis on breadth and depth on content, and emphasis on quantity and quality on the way. On the basis of the analysis of its causes, the author puts forward the idea, principles and concrete reform measures of the developmental evaluation of the ideological and political theory course. By using the method of interview and questionnaire, this paper analyzes the effect of the reform of the developmental evaluation examination in the ideological and political theory course, and points out that the establishment of the idea of the developmental evaluation is the basis of the innovation of the examination reform. Only when the examination is based on the students' development can it adapt to the reception psychology of learning, and the combination of quantitative and qualitative can guarantee the realization of various examination methods. Insisting on the reform of the developmental evaluation examination in ideological and political theory course in the aspects of mutual supervision of the subject and effective feedback of the examination, the author puts forward the idea of giving full play to the initiative and superiority of the teachers and students in the interaction of the subject. On the basis of teaching guidance, the self-feedback analysis of students after examination can be realized, and the examination evaluation in and out of class can be perfected under the guidance of unity of knowledge and practice. Under the support of new technology, some suggestions on how to further deepen the examination reform by using the network platform to improve the evaluation efficiency are put forward. Based on "developmental evaluation", the paper has carried on the exploratory innovation practice to the ideological and political theory course examination way method, has expanded the ideological and political theory course examination appraisal angle of view, The experience summarized and the reform suggestions can be used for reference in deepening the examination reform of ideological and political theory course.
