基于梯次結(jié)構(gòu)原理的創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)模式

【摘要】:運用梯次結(jié)構(gòu)原理構(gòu)建的創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)模型符合能量堆積、結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定、信息調(diào)節(jié)與反饋等特征。運用這一模型會讓被培養(yǎng)者在時間維度運用梯次結(jié)構(gòu)原理發(fā)展自己的定期目標(biāo),在空間維度與不同人群建立最廣泛的融合,形成足夠合力去解決生活和工作中的難題,使大學(xué)畢業(yè)生這個特殊群體由知識存儲器轉(zhuǎn)化為信息處理器,以便創(chuàng)造成果來回報社會。
[Abstract]:The innovative talent training model based on the theory of ladder structure accords with the characteristics of energy accumulation, structural stability, information regulation and feedback. The application of this model will allow the trainees to develop their regular goals in the time dimension by using the ladder structure principle, to establish the most extensive integration with different groups of people in the spatial dimension, and to form enough joint forces to solve the difficult problems in life and work. This special group of college graduates is transformed from knowledge storage to information processor to create results to reward society.
