【摘要】：隨著就業(yè)壓力的不斷增大,大學(xué)生自我職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃越來(lái)越重要。本研究采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方法,對(duì)重慶市5所高校的538份有效問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行路徑分析發(fā)現(xiàn),學(xué)校職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃、大學(xué)生成就動(dòng)機(jī)和一般自我效能感對(duì)大學(xué)生自我職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃有較強(qiáng)的預(yù)測(cè)力,并根據(jù)預(yù)測(cè)力提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:With the increasing pressure of employment, the self-career planning of college students is becoming more and more important. In this study, the path analysis of 538 valid questionnaires in 5 colleges and universities in Chongqing was carried out. College students' achievement motivation and general sense of self-efficacy have strong predictive power to the self-career planning of college students, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the predictive power.
