【摘要】：本文通過對哈軍工文化育人歷史的系統(tǒng)研究，總結(jié)哈軍工文化對育人的影響，最終形成現(xiàn)代大學(xué)文化育人的啟示及對策，充分發(fā)揮哈軍工歷史文化在促進(jìn)大學(xué)文化的傳承與創(chuàng)新、加強社會主義核心價值體系建設(shè)、推進(jìn)高校辦學(xué)模式改革、推動大學(xué)文化育人、培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)人才方面的重要作用。本文首先從哈軍工理念育人、學(xué)術(shù)育人、制度育人幾方面系統(tǒng)研究整理了哈軍工辦學(xué)13年留下的文化育人思想與實踐經(jīng)驗。其次，通過研究哈軍工文化對育人的影響，從精神文化育人、行為文化育人、學(xué)術(shù)文化育人、制度文化育人以及物質(zhì)文化育人幾方面進(jìn)行分析，形成對現(xiàn)代大學(xué)文化育人的啟示和借鑒。最后,對哈爾濱工程大學(xué)傳揚哈軍工文化育人進(jìn)行了實證分析，，總結(jié)了哈爾濱工程大學(xué)傳揚哈軍工文化育人的實踐探索與主要成效。
[Abstract]:Through the systematic research on the history of the military industry culture of Harbin, this paper summarizes the influence of the military industry culture on the education of people, and finally forms the enlightenment and countermeasures of the modern university culture of educating people. To give full play to the history and culture of military industry in Harbin plays an important role in promoting the inheritance and innovation of university culture, strengthening the construction of socialist core value system, promoting the reform of the mode of running a university, promoting the education of university culture, and cultivating high-quality talents. Firstly, this paper systematically studies and collates the cultural education thought and practical experience left behind by Harbin military industry for 13 years from the aspects of military industry concept, academic education and system education. Secondly, through the study of the influence of the military industry culture on the education, from the spiritual culture education, behavior culture education, academic culture education, institutional culture education and material culture education, the author analyzes the influence of the military industry culture on the education of people, including the spiritual culture, the behavior culture, the academic culture, the system culture and material culture. The formation of modern university culture education enlightenment and reference. Finally, the paper makes an empirical analysis on the education of military industry culture in Harbin University of Engineering, and summarizes the practical exploration and main results of promoting the military industry culture education in Harbin Engineering University.
