【摘要】：該文研究在校大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)意向的影響因素,建立了ISO(創(chuàng)業(yè)意向-主觀因素-客觀因素)模型,將有關因素分為主觀因素和客觀因素這2個部分。在對全國多地域省份、多類別行業(yè)的25所高校的問卷調(diào)研收回的5 784個有效問卷基礎上,該文運用結構方程模型方法,驗證了廣義創(chuàng)業(yè)態(tài)度主觀因素包括創(chuàng)業(yè)動機、創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境感知和創(chuàng)業(yè)要素認知這3個變量,檢驗了這3個變量對創(chuàng)業(yè)意向的影響程度。該文還運用T檢驗和方差分析的方法,分個體社會背景和創(chuàng)業(yè)教育這2個方面檢驗了個體背景客觀因素對創(chuàng)業(yè)意向的影響程度;由此驗證了ISO模型的有效性。研究結果表明:大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)意向受到多因素復雜作用,創(chuàng)業(yè)動機和創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境感知正向影響創(chuàng)業(yè)意向,創(chuàng)業(yè)要素認知負向影響創(chuàng)業(yè)意向,且創(chuàng)業(yè)動機、創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境感知和創(chuàng)業(yè)要素認知兩兩正相關;創(chuàng)業(yè)教育可以顯著正向影響大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)意向。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the influencing factors of college students' entrepreneurial intention, establishes ISO (Entrepreneurship intention-subjective factor-objective factor) model, and divides the related factors into two parts: subjective factor and objective factor. On the basis of 5 784 valid questionnaires collected from 25 colleges and universities in various provinces and industries, this paper uses the structural equation model method to verify that the subjective factors of generalized entrepreneurial attitude include entrepreneurial motivation. Entrepreneurial environment perception and entrepreneurial factor cognition are three variables to test the influence of these three variables on entrepreneurial intention. The paper also uses the method of T test and variance analysis to test the influence of objective factors of individual background on entrepreneurial intention from two aspects: individual social background and entrepreneurship education, which verifies the validity of ISO model. The results show that the entrepreneurial intention of college students is affected by multiple factors, entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial environment perception positively affect entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial factor cognition negatively affects entrepreneurial intention, and entrepreneurial motivation. Entrepreneurial environment perception and entrepreneurial factor cognition are both positively correlated; Entrepreneurship education can significantly positively affect college students' entrepreneurial intention.
