【摘要】：誠信是為人之本，修業(yè)之本。它既是人類寶貴的精神文明財富，又是現(xiàn)代文明社會健康發(fā)展的基石。隨著市場經濟的發(fā)展和對外開放的加大，使當今社會產生了多元化的思想觀念和價值取向，這給我國傳統(tǒng)的誠信觀念帶來一定的沖擊，社會誠信缺失現(xiàn)象開始出現(xiàn)在諸多領域，在這樣的社會背景下，誠信危機悄然走進大學的校園。大學生屢見不鮮的失信行為已經破壞了社會各界對他們的良好印象。加強大學生誠信教育，構建大學生誠信教育體系對提升大學生誠信素養(yǎng)具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文在明確選題背景的基礎上，闡述了大學生誠信教育的內涵、特點及意義，通過問卷調查了解當前我國大學生誠信缺失的現(xiàn)狀，從家庭教育、學校教育、社會環(huán)境、大學生自身四個方面剖析了大學生誠信缺失產生的原因，提出了大學生誠信教育體系建設的原則和框架，認為大學生誠信教育是一項系統(tǒng)工程，需要家庭、學校和社會的彼此配合，統(tǒng)籌兼顧，然后從強化高校誠信教育的主導作用、強化家庭誠信教育的基礎地位、強化社會誠信教育的保障機制三方面給出了大學生誠信教育體系的構建途徑，最后構建了高校大學生誠信評價體系，評價指標包括思想誠信、學習誠信、生活誠信、工作誠信和經濟誠信5個一級指標，責任心不強等11個二級指標和31個三級指標，確定了指標權重，給出了誠信評價模型，，為高校實施誠信教育提供決策參考依據。
[Abstract]:Integrity is the basis of human beings, the foundation of the practice. It is not only the precious spiritual civilization wealth of human beings, but also the cornerstone of the healthy development of modern civilization society. With the development of market economy and the increase of opening to the outside world, there are many ideas and values in our society, which brings some impact to the traditional concept of honesty in our country, and the phenomenon of lack of social honesty begins to appear in many fields. In such a social background, credit crisis quietly into the university campus. The common dishonest behavior of college students has damaged the good impression of them. It is of great practical significance to strengthen the honesty education for college students and to construct the honesty education system for college students. On the basis of clarifying the background of selecting this topic, this paper expounds the connotation, characteristics and significance of the honesty education of college students. Through the questionnaire survey, the author finds out the present situation of college students' lack of honesty and credit in our country, including family education, school education, social environment, etc. This paper analyzes the causes of college students' lack of honesty in four aspects, puts forward the principles and framework of the construction of college students' honesty and credit education system, and holds that college students' honesty education is a systematic project and needs families. School and society cooperate with each other, make overall plans, then strengthen the leading role of honesty education in colleges and universities, and strengthen the basic position of family honesty education. Three aspects of strengthening the guarantee mechanism of social honesty education are put forward to construct the honesty education system of college students. Finally, the evaluation system of college students' honesty and credit is constructed. The evaluation indexes include ideological honesty, learning honesty, and life honesty. There are 5 first class indexes of work honesty and economic integrity, 11 secondary indexes and 31 third grade indexes, such as weak sense of responsibility. The weight of indicators is determined, and the evaluation model of honesty and credit is given, which provides a reference basis for the implementation of honesty and credit education in colleges and universities.
