從“藥家鑫案”看大學(xué)生“三位一體”道德教育的缺失

【摘要】:2010年10月20日,發(fā)生了震驚國(guó)內(nèi)的藥家鑫殺人案件。藥家鑫是一位西安音樂(lè)學(xué)院大三的學(xué)生,事發(fā)當(dāng)晚,藥家鑫駕駛紅色的雪佛蘭轎車在從學(xué);丶业穆飞蠈ⅡT著電動(dòng)車下班回家的張妙撞倒在地,之后藥家鑫下車查看情況,在第一時(shí)間并沒(méi)有對(duì)張妙采取施救措施,反而將其殘忍的殺害。藥家鑫這種卑劣犯罪的動(dòng)機(jī)和殘忍的犯罪行為令人發(fā)指。這不單單是一樁簡(jiǎn)單的交通肇事案,從道德層面上來(lái)說(shuō),他已經(jīng)達(dá)到喪心病狂的程度,所以道德教育又一次被全國(guó)人民推到輿論的浪尖上。藥家鑫的刀捅破的不僅僅是被害人張妙的身體,他還捅破到了人們的道德底線,讓人們已經(jīng)無(wú)法接受這一犯罪行為。 大學(xué)生在過(guò)去被稱之為天之驕子,棟梁之才,是國(guó)家的希望,是民族的未來(lái)。但是當(dāng)代大學(xué)生違反校紀(jì)校規(guī),違法亂紀(jì)的事件屢屢發(fā)生,而且每年的犯罪率還有上升的趨勢(shì),這讓我們對(duì)天之驕子大跌眼鏡。我們不禁要問(wèn),為什么我們的棟梁之才會(huì)變成墮落的殺人惡魔呢,是我們的價(jià)值觀出了問(wèn)題,還是我們的教育出了問(wèn)題?很顯然,道德教育的缺失讓我們的天之驕子迷失了方向,道德教育的實(shí)行勢(shì)在必行,刻不容緩。大學(xué)生都是萬(wàn)里挑一的精英,代表著當(dāng)前我國(guó)高智商人群,如果不正確的引導(dǎo)他們走向正確的道路上,那么高智商犯罪將會(huì)給我們的經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)帶來(lái)不可估量的嚴(yán)重后果。大學(xué)生是社會(huì)主義建設(shè)的主力軍,引導(dǎo)他們健康成長(zhǎng)對(duì)我們的國(guó)家和民族的未來(lái)有著十分深遠(yuǎn)的意義。 隨著社會(huì)的進(jìn)步,物質(zhì)文明已經(jīng)得到了空前的發(fā)展,作為精神文明反而變得暗淡無(wú)光,人們的道德都在開(kāi)始出現(xiàn)滑坡甚至消亡,所以說(shuō)道德教育是一個(gè)迫在眉睫的課題,也是一個(gè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的課題。道德從某種程度上來(lái)說(shuō)它帶有一定的強(qiáng)制性,換句話說(shuō)道德是沒(méi)有理由和借口可言的,用康德的話來(lái)定義就是絕對(duì)的命令。道德是以一種意識(shí)形態(tài)存在于特定的社會(huì)環(huán)境下,隨著環(huán)境的改變和歷史的變遷,新的道德又會(huì)重新成長(zhǎng)起來(lái)。中國(guó)的“道德”長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)帶著濃重的政治色彩,隨著改革開(kāi)放經(jīng)濟(jì)水平的提高,現(xiàn)在的道德已經(jīng)走向了一個(gè)相對(duì)的平民化,這是一種進(jìn)步。高校是一個(gè)教書(shū)育人的專門和固定的場(chǎng)所,高校的任務(wù)不僅僅是教書(shū),更重要的是育人,所以它肩負(fù)的不僅僅是知識(shí)文化的傳播,更重要的是培養(yǎng)符合新時(shí)代人才標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的任務(wù);家庭道德教育是道德教育中至關(guān)重要的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),父母作為孩子第一位老師,所有的行為規(guī)范和人生態(tài)度無(wú)不時(shí)刻的影響著孩子,一個(gè)孩子良好道德品質(zhì)的形成會(huì)受到榜樣作用的潛移默化;社會(huì)道德教育從某種意義是說(shuō)就是社會(huì)公德教育,社會(huì)公德是作為一個(gè)社會(huì)人在人類社會(huì)生活之中所要遵循的一系列行為規(guī)范和生活準(zhǔn)則,是社會(huì)文明的標(biāo)志。 本文在第一部分簡(jiǎn)單的將本次選題的背景和意義作一概述;第二部分將詳細(xì)的介紹藥家鑫案件的發(fā)生經(jīng)過(guò)和本案的發(fā)展過(guò)程,并通過(guò)此案進(jìn)行道德反思;第三部分將嘗試對(duì)當(dāng)前家庭、高校和社會(huì)道德教育現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,并力圖找出各個(gè)要素的在其自身職能發(fā)揮中所表現(xiàn)出來(lái)的缺陷和原因;文章的第四部分通過(guò)對(duì)藥家鑫殺人案件的描述和分析,著重從家庭、高校和社會(huì)三個(gè)方面分別闡述道德教育的重要性,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了以高校道德教育為主,以家庭道德教育為輔,以社會(huì)道德教育為目的的三位一體的道德教育模式;最后一部分是針對(duì)三位一體道德教育模式提出具體構(gòu)建措施,力圖讓這一模式在運(yùn)用到對(duì)大學(xué)生道德教育中,以達(dá)到完善大學(xué)生道德人格,預(yù)防大學(xué)生犯罪的效果。

With the progress of society, material civilization has been developed unprecedentedly. As a spiritual civilization, it has become dark and dull. People's morality is beginning to fall and even die out. Therefore, moral education is an imminent subject and a subject of sustainable development. Coercive, in other words, morality is no reason or excuse, and is defined as absolute command by Kant's words. Morality is in a specific social environment with an ideology. With the change of the environment and the change of history, the new morality will grow again. Political color, with the improvement of the economic level of the reform and opening up, the present morality has moved towards a relatively common populace. This is a kind of progress. Colleges and universities are a special and fixed place for teaching and educating people. The task of universities is not only teaching, but more important is educating people, and it is more important than the dissemination of knowledge and culture. It is the task of training the standard of talent in the new era; family moral education is a crucial link in moral education. As the first teacher of children, all behavior norms and life attitudes affect the children at all times, and the formation of a child's good moral quality will be imperceptibly influenced by the role of example. In some sense, the moral education is the social morality education. Social morality is a series of norms and standards of life as a social person in the life of human society. It is a symbol of social civilization.
The first part is a brief overview of the background and significance of this topic; the second part will give a detailed introduction to the course of the occurrence of the case of Yao Jiaxin and the process of the development of this case, and carry out a moral reflection through this case; the third part will try to analyze the current situation of the current family, University and social moral education, and try to find out. The fourth part of the article, through the description and analysis of the killings of Yao Jiaxin, expounds the importance of moral education from three aspects of the family, the University and the society, and on this basis puts forward the moral education in Colleges and universities, and the family morality.
