【摘要】:自中國(guó)改革開放以來(lái),出國(guó)留學(xué)的人數(shù)逐年增長(zhǎng)。由最初的混亂到留學(xué)的規(guī)模化發(fā)展帶動(dòng)了留學(xué)服務(wù)市場(chǎng)的迅速膨脹,其市場(chǎng)規(guī)模逐年擴(kuò)大。隨著自費(fèi)留學(xué)的持續(xù)升溫,催生了留學(xué)服務(wù)市場(chǎng)的快速發(fā)展,留學(xué)中介機(jī)構(gòu)日益成為中國(guó)公民出國(guó)留學(xué)的一個(gè)重要的渠道。留學(xué)服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的逐漸規(guī)范,幫助公民辦理出國(guó)留學(xué)方面做了許多有益的工作,發(fā)揮了重要作用。但是,整個(gè)留學(xué)服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)行復(fù)雜,在服務(wù)的過程中難免會(huì)有失誤和服務(wù)方式不當(dāng),同時(shí)在經(jīng)濟(jì)利益的驅(qū)動(dòng)下,個(gè)別留學(xué)中介違背了誠(chéng)信原則,利用各種手段欺騙消費(fèi)者。 本文運(yùn)用petri網(wǎng)建模進(jìn)行模擬仿真,首先根據(jù)留學(xué)服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,建立了留學(xué)服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的基礎(chǔ)模型,并在此基礎(chǔ)之上利用PIPE軟件構(gòu)建了留學(xué)服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的Petri網(wǎng)的基本流程,然后就供應(yīng)鏈結(jié)構(gòu)和性能進(jìn)行了一些分析。并以啟德教育集團(tuán)為典型案例,結(jié)合相關(guān)軟件運(yùn)用關(guān)聯(lián)矩陣方法對(duì)整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈進(jìn)行了有效的分析,對(duì)留學(xué)服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈中的一些問題進(jìn)行了剖析,并提出了相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)意見,為留學(xué)管理者和設(shè)計(jì)者在留學(xué)供應(yīng)鏈建設(shè)和優(yōu)化過程中提供了一些有益的參考。在留學(xué)服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的發(fā)展過程中,本文以理論結(jié)合實(shí)際問題的思路分析了留學(xué)服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的發(fā)展關(guān)鍵因素。 為了研究留學(xué)申請(qǐng)階段的市場(chǎng)動(dòng)向以及留學(xué)服務(wù)行業(yè)在發(fā)展中的成功因素,了解留學(xué)申請(qǐng)者對(duì)出國(guó)考試培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)以及留學(xué)中介機(jī)構(gòu)的依賴和信任程度,探尋整體行業(yè)發(fā)展空間,本文開展了留學(xué)中介機(jī)構(gòu)市場(chǎng)調(diào)查,綜合梳理出留學(xué)申請(qǐng)者對(duì)市場(chǎng)的認(rèn)可程度,為市場(chǎng)各方了解行業(yè)提供一定的支持和幫助。依次介紹了本次調(diào)查采取的主要方式,重點(diǎn)調(diào)查和分析中國(guó)申請(qǐng)留學(xué)者對(duì)出國(guó)考試培訓(xùn)及留學(xué)中介機(jī)構(gòu)的認(rèn)知狀況,主要分析留學(xué)申請(qǐng)者的選擇機(jī)構(gòu)標(biāo)準(zhǔn);還有對(duì)出國(guó)考試培訓(xùn)及留學(xué)中介機(jī)構(gòu)收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的反饋,最后為留學(xué)申請(qǐng)者機(jī)構(gòu)選擇過程中的建議。本文具體的研究?jī)?nèi)容如下: 第一章是緒論部分,主要介紹本文的研究背景和意義,以及留學(xué)服務(wù)行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)五大國(guó)家的留學(xué)特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單的介紹,為本文順利開展研究提供背景參考。第二章具體介紹服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的基本概念,接著闡述服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的研究現(xiàn)狀,和供應(yīng)鏈建模和成功因素分析方法的理論綜述,為本文的研究提供一定的參考價(jià)值。第三章是對(duì)本文的研究思路、目的以及研究方法進(jìn)行了說明,并介紹了本文的特色與創(chuàng)新。第四章是基于Petri網(wǎng)的留學(xué)服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈建模研究,首先介紹了Petri網(wǎng)的歷史和發(fā)展、基本概念和行為性質(zhì)。其次,闡述了Petri網(wǎng)的研究模型,介紹了Petri網(wǎng)的留學(xué)服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈模型的構(gòu)建步驟,并進(jìn)行了分析。第五章以啟德教育集團(tuán)作為案例,對(duì)其服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)行模型進(jìn)行了提取,最后基于Petri網(wǎng)啟德留學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu)在運(yùn)行過程中存在的問題,并提供了對(duì)策建議。第六章是留學(xué)服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈發(fā)展成功因素的調(diào)查問卷分析研究,通過調(diào)查問卷的方式對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了收集分析,最后根據(jù)研究結(jié)果提出相關(guān)的對(duì)策建議。第七章是結(jié)論總結(jié)和研究展望部分。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up of China, the number of students studying abroad has increased year by year. From the initial chaos to the large-scale development of studying abroad, the rapid expansion of the service market for studying abroad has expanded the market scale year by year. With the continuous heating up of studying abroad, the rapid development of the service market for studying abroad has led to a growing number of Chinese citizens. An important channel for studying abroad. The gradual standardization of the study service supply chain has made many beneficial work to help the citizens to study abroad. However, the whole supply chain of the overseas service is complicated, and it is unavoidable in the process of service and the improper way of service, at the same time, it is driven by economic benefits. Under the circumstances, individual study agents violate the principle of honesty and use various means to deceive consumers.
In this paper, the Petri network modeling is used to simulate and simulate. First, based on the current situation of the service supply chain, the basic model of the service supply chain is established. On this basis, the basic flow of Petri network in the supply chain of overseas service supply chain is built on the basis of PIPE software, and then the structure and performance of the supply chain are analyzed. As a typical case, the German education group has carried out an effective analysis of the whole supply chain by using related matrix method with related software, analyzes some problems in the supply chain of overseas service, and puts forward some suggestions for improving the supply chain for overseas students and designers in the process of building and optimizing the supply chain of studying abroad. In the development of the service supply chain of overseas students, this paper analyzes the key factors of the development of the service supply chain based on the theory combined with practical problems.
In order to study the market trend in the application stage of study abroad and the success factors in the development of the overseas service industry, to understand the dependence and trust of overseas students on the training institutions of the overseas examination and the degree of trust in the foreign agency, the paper has carried out a survey on the market of the international agencies in the study abroad, and comprehensively combs the application for study abroad. The degree of recognition of the market will provide some support and help for the market parties to understand the industry. The main methods adopted in this survey are introduced in turn, focusing on the investigation and analysis of the cognitive status of the Chinese applicants for the training of the overseas examination and the agency of the overseas students. The feedback from the national examination training and the fee collection standards of the overseas study agencies is finally recommended for the selection process of the applicants.
The first chapter is the introduction part, which mainly introduces the background and significance of the study, as well as the status of the development of the service industry in the five countries, and gives a brief introduction to the characteristics of the study in the major countries. The second chapter introduces the basic concepts of the service supply chain, and then expounds the research on the service supply chain. The present situation, the theory of supply chain modeling and the analysis of successful factor analysis methods provide a certain reference value for this paper. The third chapter is a description of the research ideas, purposes and research methods of this paper, and introduces the characteristics and innovation of this article. The fourth chapter is the research on the modeling of the service supply chain based on Petri network. The history and development of Petri network, basic concept and behavior nature are introduced. Secondly, the research model of Petri net is expounded, the construction steps of Petri network service supply chain model are introduced and analyzed. The fifth chapter takes the Eic education group as a case to extract the service supply chain operation model and finally is based on the Petri. The sixth chapter is the investigation and analysis of the successful factors of the service supply chain development in the sixth chapter. The data is collected and analyzed through the questionnaire. Finally, the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the results of the study. The seventh chapter is the conclusion and research. Look into the prospect part.
