民辦高校大學(xué)生價(jià)值觀教育問題研究

【摘要】:本文結(jié)合民辦高校及其學(xué)生特殊性深刻發(fā)掘了處在社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期的民辦高校在管理、教學(xué)及師資等方面存在的問題,并在此基礎(chǔ)上指出民辦高校學(xué)生價(jià)值觀存在多元性、自我性和自卑性等特點(diǎn)。主要表現(xiàn)為個(gè)人主義、享樂主義所表現(xiàn)出的世俗化、娛樂化與傳統(tǒng)的集體主義、理想主義價(jià)值觀所推崇的崇高化之間的矛盾沖突。這種價(jià)值觀上的矛盾和沖突一方面與我們時(shí)代的社會(huì)化轉(zhuǎn)型相關(guān),又與民辦高校內(nèi)外環(huán)境和運(yùn)行機(jī)制以及傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)價(jià)值觀念存在著重要的聯(lián)系。指出重視技能培訓(xùn)和理論學(xué)習(xí)的民辦教育在提高學(xué)生就業(yè)能力的同時(shí)卻忽視了道德素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng),因此道德教育和黨建工作成為當(dāng)今民辦高等教育的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。在全球化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化影響下,各種社會(huì)思潮的泛濫使傳統(tǒng)的價(jià)值觀念和德育教學(xué)方式受到強(qiáng)烈沖擊。民辦高校思想政治教育從內(nèi)容到形式都難以貼近生活和滿足個(gè)體心理需要,一時(shí)間處于失語狀態(tài)和邊緣地位。 本文共分為四章,各章內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)介如下: 第一章是基本概念的界定。主要給出了民辦高校和民辦高校大學(xué)生以及價(jià)值觀和價(jià)值觀教育相關(guān)概念的定義。 第二章梳理了馬克思主義及其中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義價(jià)值觀理論,指出了社會(huì)主義價(jià)值觀的人本性、民族性、具體性和時(shí)代性等特點(diǎn)。 在第三章中介紹了民辦高校價(jià)值觀教育中存在的主要問題。分析了學(xué)校、社會(huì)、家庭三種價(jià)值觀教育方式的利弊及其脫節(jié)問題。信息社會(huì)的到來對(duì)傳統(tǒng)價(jià)值觀教育的沖擊主要集中在網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化的負(fù)面影響方面。物質(zhì)主義、功利主義、享樂主義因素也對(duì)當(dāng)前民校大學(xué)生職業(yè)、日常生活、人生取向都具有潛移默化的負(fù)面影響,這也對(duì)每一位教師和管理人員在價(jià)值觀教育方面的素質(zhì)和能力要求提出了挑戰(zhàn)。 第四章是本文的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn),主要針對(duì)第三章提出的問題予以提出相應(yīng)解決方案。在教育方式上對(duì)學(xué)校、家庭和社會(huì)價(jià)值觀教育予以整合、優(yōu)化,提出尊重人的個(gè)性發(fā)展是體現(xiàn)價(jià)值觀教育民主化的重要理念。民辦高校大學(xué)生的特殊性決定了教育工作者要在特長(zhǎng)專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)和日常生活交往中積極尊重和引導(dǎo)學(xué)生價(jià)值選擇。針對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化對(duì)價(jià)值觀教育的影響問題,作者提出以優(yōu)秀的網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化作品引導(dǎo)學(xué)生價(jià)值觀取向,加強(qiáng)先進(jìn)思想觀念的網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播力度。針對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)消極因素予以制度規(guī)范,營(yíng)造良好的網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化氛圍。并在理念和手段上充分發(fā)揮網(wǎng)絡(luò)的價(jià)值觀教育作用。培養(yǎng)集體主義精神和遠(yuǎn)大理想有利于抵御拜金主義和物質(zhì)主義價(jià)值理念的侵襲,有利于學(xué)生從思想作風(fēng)到日常行為上發(fā)揚(yáng)艱苦奮斗的優(yōu)良民族傳統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:This paper, based on the particularity of private colleges and universities, deeply explores the problems in the management, teaching and teaching of private colleges and universities in the period of social transformation, and on this basis points out that the values of the students in the private colleges and universities have the characteristics of diversity, self and inferiority, and the main manifestation is individualism and hedonism. The contradiction and conflict between the secularization, the entertainment and the traditional collectivism and the sublimity advocated by the idealistic values are related to the socialized transformation of our times, and have an important connection with the internal and external environment, the operating mechanism and the social values of the private colleges and universities. The civilian run education, which attaches importance to skill training and theoretical study, has neglected the cultivation of moral quality while improving the employability of students. Therefore, moral education and Party construction have become the weak link of private higher education. Under the influence of globalization and network, the spread of various social trends of thought makes the traditional values and moral education teaching The ideological and political education of private colleges and universities is difficult to close to life and meet individual psychological needs from content to form, and it is in the state of aphasia and marginalization for a time.
This article is divided into four chapters, and the contents of each chapter are as follows:
The first chapter is the definition of the basic concept. It gives the definition of the concept of values and values education in private universities and private universities.
The second chapter combed the Marx doctrine and the theory of socialist values of Chinese characteristics, and pointed out the characteristics of the human nature, nationality, concreteness and the times of socialist values.
In the third chapter, the main problems in the education of values in private colleges and universities are introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of the three values of education in school, society and family are analyzed. The impact of the arrival of the information society on the traditional values education mainly focuses on the negative effects of the network culture. Materialism, utilitarianism, and pleasure owners The meaning factors also have a negative influence on the current college students' career, daily life and life orientation, which also challenges the quality and ability requirements of every teacher and manager in value education.
The fourth chapter is the key and difficult point of this article. It mainly aims at the corresponding solutions to the problems raised in the third chapters. In the way of education, the education of schools, family and social values is integrated, optimized, and the development of respecting the personality of the people is an important idea to embody the democratization of values education. It is determined that educators should actively respect and guide the value selection of students in the special study and daily life communication. In view of the influence of network culture on values education, the author proposes to guide students' value orientation with excellent network culture works and strengthen the network communication of advanced ideas. In order to create a good network culture atmosphere and give full play to the educational role of network values in ideas and means, the cultivation of the spirit of collectivism and the great ideal is beneficial to resist the invasion of the worship of money worship and materialism, and help the students to carry forward the advantages of hard work from their ideological work style to daily behavior.
