【摘要】：大學生是國家寶貴的人才資源，是我國建設社會主義現代化的人才保障，做好高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)工作，是全面落實科學發(fā)展觀，建設社會主義和諧社會的重要體現，是辦好人民滿意教育的必然要求。黨中央、國務院高度重視畢業(yè)生就業(yè)工作，明確提出要把高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)工作擺在當前就業(yè)工作首位，近年來隨著我國高等教育規(guī)模的逐漸擴大，高校畢業(yè)生人數逐年遞增，這在相當程度上滿足了我國社會發(fā)展的需求，同時，高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)壓力的持續(xù)增大，凸現的問題引起了全社會的普遍關注，因為就業(yè)不僅關系到每一個人的人切身利益，也關系到高等教育的健康發(fā)展和社會的和諧穩(wěn)定，任何一個人，不論家庭背景、教育程度、個人志向如何，都會遇到就業(yè)的問題，可以說就業(yè)關系到千家萬戶的幸福，是一個人一生中最重要的問題。在我國產業(yè)結構調整，城鎮(zhèn)化建設加快的步伐中，對于大學生就業(yè)來說是壓力也是動力，是機遇也是挑戰(zhàn)，在新的形勢下，國家給大學生就業(yè)創(chuàng)造良好的社會環(huán)境，大學生的就業(yè)觀念和職業(yè)選擇也要根據自身特點理性的調整,我們必須借鑒馬克思的就業(yè)理論，結合中國的實際，以科學發(fā)展觀為指導，以構建社會主義和諧社會為目標，按照黨的十七大提出的實施擴大就業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，以最大限度地創(chuàng)造就業(yè)機會，實現充分就業(yè)。本文在對馬克思就業(yè)理論進行研究的基礎上，詳細闡述了我國當代大學生就業(yè)現狀及困難的原因，同時提出了解決大學生就業(yè)難的對策，找出問題所在，，從理論上尋求解決大學生就業(yè)問題的路徑和方法，為改善大學生就業(yè)狀況，提升高校辦學能力和政府制定相關政策起到引導作用。
[Abstract]:College students are the country's precious human resources, the talent guarantee for building socialist modernization in our country, and the important embodiment of carrying out the scientific concept of development and building a harmonious socialist society in order to do a good job in the employment of college graduates. It is the inevitable requirement of running a satisfactory education for the people. The Party Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the employment of graduates, and clearly propose that the employment of college graduates should be placed in the first place at present. In recent years, with the gradual expansion of the scale of higher education in China, the number of college graduates is increasing year by year. To a certain extent, this has met the needs of social development in our country. At the same time, the increasing employment pressure of college graduates has aroused the general concern of the whole society, because employment is not only related to the vital interests of everyone, It is also related to the healthy development of higher education and the harmony and stability of the society. Any person, regardless of his family background, education level and personal ambition, will encounter the problem of employment. It can be said that employment is related to the happiness of thousands of families. Is the most important problem in a person's life. In the process of adjustment of industrial structure and acceleration of urbanization construction in China, it is pressure and power, opportunity and challenge for college students to obtain employment. Under the new situation, the state creates a good social environment for college students to obtain employment. The employment concept and career choice of college students should also be rationally adjusted according to their own characteristics. We must draw lessons from Marx's employment theory, combine the reality of China, take the scientific development view as the guidance, and take the construction of a harmonious socialist society as the goal. In accordance with the development strategy of expanding employment put forward by the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), employment opportunities can be created to the maximum extent and full employment can be realized. On the basis of the study of Marx's employment theory, this paper expounds in detail the present situation and reasons of employment of contemporary college students in China, and puts forward some countermeasures to solve the employment difficulties of college students, and finds out the problems. In order to improve the employment situation of college students, to improve the ability of running a school and to formulate relevant policies, the way and method of solving the employment problem of college students are sought theoretically.
