當代大學生就業(yè)意識的調查與分析

【摘要】:在我國經(jīng)濟進入高速發(fā)展的同時,勞動力的供需狀況受市場經(jīng)濟的影響供需并不平衡。當代大學生的成長環(huán)境與其他群體的成長環(huán)境有著較大的不同,他們成長于社會經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展時期,生活條件比較優(yōu)越,物質生活得到充分的滿足,個性特征也非常明顯。在他們的成長過程中也遇到各種文化、各種思潮對他們觀念意識的沖擊,他們的就業(yè)意識也受到相應的影響。論文通過對南京高校當代大學生的隨機調查,對當代大學生的就業(yè)意識情況進行調查,文章對當代大學生的就業(yè)傾向、影響其就業(yè)的因素、就業(yè)準備以及就業(yè)認知等方面的調查內容做分析說明,找出大學生就業(yè)意識形成過程中存在的主要問題,并探究其成因,提出相應的對策。 本文主要為三部分內容:第一部分主要是對調查問卷及結果進行描述、分析,主要從就業(yè)傾向、影響因素、就業(yè)心理與就業(yè)準備、自我認知四個方面分析,得出存在的問題。第二部分主要是從主觀和客觀兩個角度探究問題的成因。第三部分則從成因出發(fā),分別從當代大學生個人、社會政府、用人單位、學校和家庭等主體角度提出相應的對策。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the supply and demand of labor force is not balanced by the market economy. The growing environment of contemporary college students is quite different from that of other groups. They grew up in the period of rapid development of social economy, living conditions are superior, material life is fully satisfied, and personality characteristics are very obvious. In the process of their growth, they also encounter various cultures, the impact of various trends of thought on their sense of consciousness, their sense of employment is also affected by the corresponding. Through the random investigation of the contemporary college students in Nanjing, this paper investigates the employment consciousness of the contemporary college students, and analyzes the employment tendency of the contemporary college students and the factors affecting their employment. This paper analyzes and explains the investigation contents of employment preparation and employment cognition, finds out the main problems existing in the forming process of college students' employment consciousness, and probes into the causes and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. The first part is the description and analysis of the questionnaire and the results, mainly from four aspects: employment tendency, influencing factors, employment psychology and employment preparation, and self-cognition. The second part is mainly from the subjective and objective perspectives to explore the causes of the problem. The third part puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from the angle of individual, social government, employing unit, school and family and so on.
