【摘要】：新建地方本科院校是在高等教育大眾化背景下應(yīng)運(yùn)而生的,并且成為高等教育中重要的組成部分。但作為中國(guó)高等教育的新生力量,新建地方本科院校的很多方面還處在探索的階段。新建地方本科院校應(yīng)采用什么樣的人才培養(yǎng)模式還沒(méi)有定論,這是其必須解決的首要問(wèn)題。對(duì)新建地方本科院校的研究,不僅有利于人們了解地方高等教育對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的價(jià)值,也有利于促進(jìn)新建地方本科院校對(duì)自身辦學(xué)行為的反思,以尋找適合自身發(fā)展的道路。 本文采用文獻(xiàn)法、比較法和歷史法,從新建地方本科院校人才培養(yǎng)模式構(gòu)建的基礎(chǔ)、人才培養(yǎng)模式的具體構(gòu)建、人才培養(yǎng)模式的實(shí)施及人才培養(yǎng)模式實(shí)施的保障四個(gè)方面對(duì)新建地方本科院校的人才培養(yǎng)模式進(jìn)行研究。 本文分析了相關(guān)教育理論對(duì)新建地方本科院校人才培養(yǎng)模式構(gòu)建的理論指導(dǎo)意義及德國(guó)、英國(guó)、美國(guó)、澳大利亞及加拿大的著名應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)模式對(duì)我國(guó)新建地方本科院校人才培養(yǎng)模式構(gòu)建的實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義。本著以學(xué)生發(fā)展為中心的教育理念,融傳授知識(shí)、培養(yǎng)能力和提高素質(zhì)為一體,確立有前瞻性與區(qū)域優(yōu)勢(shì)的專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),以人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)為基點(diǎn)、建立多元人才培養(yǎng)制度、構(gòu)建知識(shí)適用、能力本位的課程體系,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)新建地方本科院校人才培養(yǎng)模式的構(gòu)建。對(duì)新建地方本科院校人才培養(yǎng)模式得以實(shí)施的理論教學(xué)體系、實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系、素質(zhì)拓展體系等環(huán)節(jié)及資源、校園文化及制度的保障進(jìn)行了較為全面的分析研究,從而形成了新建地方本科院校人才培養(yǎng)模式的較為系統(tǒng)的理論框架。
[Abstract]:Under the background of popularization of higher education, new local colleges and universities have emerged as the times require, and become an important part of higher education. However, as a new force of higher education in China, many aspects of new local undergraduate colleges are still in the stage of exploration. What kind of talent training mode should be adopted in newly-built local undergraduate colleges is still uncertain, which is the most important problem that must be solved. The research on the newly-built local undergraduate colleges is not only helpful for people to understand the value of local higher education to the development of regional economy and society, but also helps to promote the reflection of the new local colleges and universities on their own running behavior. In order to find suitable for their own development of the road. This article adopts the literature method, the comparative method and the historical method, from the new local undergraduate colleges and universities to build the foundation of the talent training model, the specific construction of talent training model, The implementation of the talent training model and the implementation of the talent training model of four aspects of the new local undergraduate colleges and universities to study the talent training model. This paper analyzes the theoretical guiding significance of relevant educational theories to the construction of talent training model in newly established local colleges and universities, and Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, and the United States of America. The famous applied talents training model in Australia and Canada is of practical significance to the construction of talent training model in newly established local colleges and universities in China. Based on the concept of student-centered education, integrating the teaching of knowledge, the cultivation of ability and the improvement of quality, the professional structure with foresight and regional advantages should be established, and the multi-talent training system should be established based on the training goal of talents. Construct the curriculum system of knowledge application and ability-based, so as to realize the construction of talent training mode in newly-built local undergraduate colleges and universities. The theoretical teaching system, practical teaching system, quality development system, and the guarantee of campus culture and system are analyzed and studied in this paper. Thus forming a relatively systematic theoretical framework of talent training model in newly-built local colleges and universities.
