物理師范生的“雙主”教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)能力培養(yǎng)研究

【摘要】:隨著教育信息化的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,我國(guó)教師教學(xué)能力培訓(xùn)愈來愈重視教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)培訓(xùn)。教師的教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)能力在很大程度上決定了教育的信息化程度,是教育改革的關(guān)鍵因素。而師范生是未來的教師,其教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)能力將直接影響到未來的教學(xué)工作,因而,應(yīng)大力加強(qiáng)師范生教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)能力的培養(yǎng)。本研究通過實(shí)際調(diào)查研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)物理師范生在實(shí)習(xí)中存在一些與教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)的問題,而解決這些問題有助于物理師范生的教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)能力的提高,幫助物理師范生更好地運(yùn)用教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì),更快速地適應(yīng)工作崗位。因此,本研究著眼于物理師范生的“主導(dǎo)-主體”教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)能力的培養(yǎng)研究。 本研究通過查閱教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)和在實(shí)際調(diào)查研究的基礎(chǔ)上,依據(jù)“雙主”教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)、教師專業(yè)發(fā)展理論、建構(gòu)主義等相關(guān)理論,探討了物理師范生“雙主”教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)能力培養(yǎng)的策略。結(jié)合物理師范生培養(yǎng)的實(shí)際情況,得出物理師范生“雙主”教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)能力培養(yǎng)的三個(gè)階段(理論學(xué)習(xí)階段、培養(yǎng)與訓(xùn)練階段、學(xué)習(xí)的反思階段)。在培養(yǎng)與訓(xùn)練階段,提出相對(duì)應(yīng)的教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)能力培養(yǎng)策略(微格教學(xué)、任務(wù)驅(qū)動(dòng)、支架式教學(xué)策略、討論交流、基于Internet的探索學(xué)習(xí)策略、協(xié)同、角色扮演、案例教學(xué)、學(xué)校見習(xí)、增加實(shí)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì)),,并將策略運(yùn)用于物理師范生“雙主”教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)能力培養(yǎng)的過程之中,驗(yàn)證其有效性并發(fā)現(xiàn)其中存在的缺陷和不足,最終達(dá)到促進(jìn)物理師范生“雙主”教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)能力的提高,為解決目前物理師范生“雙主”教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)能力培養(yǎng)中存在的部分問題提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the further development of educational informatization, more and more attention has been paid to the training of teaching ability of teachers in China. Teachers' ability of teaching design determines the degree of education informatization to a great extent and is the key factor of educational reform. The normal students are the future teachers, and their teaching design ability will directly affect the future teaching work. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of the teaching design ability of the normal school students. Through the actual investigation and research, it is found that there are some problems related to teaching design in the practice of physics normal school students, and solving these problems is helpful to improve the teaching design ability of physics normal students. To help physics normal students better use of teaching design, faster to adapt to the job. Therefore, this study focuses on the cultivation of the leading-subject teaching design ability of physics normal students. Based on the literature of teaching design and the actual investigation and research, this study is based on the related theories of "double main" teaching design, teachers' professional development theory, constructivism and so on. This paper probes into the strategy of cultivating the teaching design ability of physics normal school students. Combined with the actual situation of the cultivation of physics normal students, it is concluded that there are three stages in the cultivation of the teaching design ability of physics normal school students: theoretical study stage, training and training stage, and reflective learning stage. In the training and training stage, the corresponding strategies of teaching design ability training (microteaching, task-driven, scaffolding teaching strategy, discussion communication, Internet based exploration learning strategy, cooperation, role-playing, case teaching) are put forward. In the process of cultivating students' teaching design ability of "two masters" in physics normal school, the author verifies its validity and finds out the defects and shortcomings in the teaching design ability of students in physical teachers' college by increasing the opportunities for practice, and applying the strategy to the cultivation of teaching design ability of students in physics normal school. Finally, it can promote the improvement of the teaching design ability of physics normal students, and provide some references for solving the problems existing in the cultivation of the teaching design ability of physics normal school students.
