【摘要】：目前企業(yè)的發(fā)展逐漸步入一個技術創(chuàng)新化的發(fā)展階段,在這一階段,需要高素質人才的支撐。企業(yè)基于其自身人才培養(yǎng)智力與科研資源的匱乏,必須尋求與高校的協(xié)作。高校是人才培養(yǎng)的重要基地,雖然具有豐富的智力資源與科研成果的資源,但在制度建設方面存在諸多缺陷,使得智力資源與科研成果無法及時轉化為社會經濟價值,不利于高校人才培養(yǎng)。基于此,高校在其制度建設方面,需要借助企業(yè)在制度建設方面的優(yōu)勢,強化自身在信息存儲與應用、應用型人才培養(yǎng)、高�？蒲心芰μ嵘确矫娴慕ㄔO,提高"校企結合"視角下企業(yè)與高校制度對接的實效性。
[Abstract]:At present, the development of enterprises has gradually stepped into a stage of technological innovation, in which high quality talents are needed. Based on the lack of intelligence and scientific research resources, enterprises must seek cooperation with colleges and universities. Colleges and universities are an important base for the cultivation of talents. Although they are rich in intellectual resources and scientific research achievements, there are many defects in the system construction, which make the intellectual resources and scientific research achievements unable to be transformed into social and economic value in time. It is not good for the cultivation of talents. Based on this, colleges and universities in its system construction, need to rely on the advantages of enterprises in the system construction, strengthen their own information storage and application, applied talent training, university scientific research ability enhancement and so on. To improve the effectiveness of the docking between enterprises and institutions of higher learning from the perspective of "combination of school and enterprise".
