【摘要】：黨的十八大報(bào)告中明確指出：新時(shí)期,必須推進(jìn)依法治國(guó),全面貫徹落實(shí)依法治國(guó)的基本方略、加快建設(shè)社會(huì)主義法治國(guó)家。在科學(xué)技術(shù)迅猛發(fā)展和信息急劇膨脹的時(shí)代背景下,我國(guó)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)進(jìn)程不斷加快,法治建設(shè)水平進(jìn)一步提高�？吹竭M(jìn)步的同時(shí),也可以發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)前大學(xué)生的法律素質(zhì)教育仍存在一些問(wèn)題,大學(xué)生的法律素質(zhì)與高校的法律素質(zhì)教育有直接的關(guān)系。大學(xué)生是我國(guó)的未來(lái),是社會(huì)發(fā)展的棟梁,是社會(huì)法治建設(shè)的生力軍,應(yīng)該對(duì)高校法律素質(zhì)教育進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確定位,進(jìn)一步提高大學(xué)生的法律素質(zhì),這是高校法律素質(zhì)教育的要求,也是我國(guó)建設(shè)法治國(guó)家和構(gòu)建社會(huì)的需要。本文從四個(gè)方面對(duì)大學(xué)生法律素質(zhì)教育進(jìn)行探究。首先,筆者對(duì)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生法律素質(zhì)教育進(jìn)行概述。依次對(duì)素質(zhì)、法律素質(zhì)、大學(xué)生法律素質(zhì)的涵義進(jìn)行了解釋。其次,通過(guò)發(fā)放調(diào)查問(wèn)卷的形式對(duì)部分高校進(jìn)行了對(duì)法律素質(zhì)教育方面的調(diào)查。而調(diào)查的內(nèi)容主要涉及大學(xué)生法律知識(shí)、法律意識(shí)、法律信仰等方面的調(diào)查,然后針對(duì)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的法律素質(zhì)現(xiàn)狀做了分析。再次,通過(guò)相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)和理論知識(shí)的結(jié)合,對(duì)我國(guó)大學(xué)生法律素質(zhì)教育存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入研究,總結(jié)出以下問(wèn)題：當(dāng)前大學(xué)生存在法律意識(shí)淡薄、法律能力不強(qiáng)、法律知識(shí)匱乏、法律信仰缺失等方面的問(wèn)題,而且高校對(duì)法律素質(zhì)教育重視力度不大,極大地阻礙了高校法律素質(zhì)教育的進(jìn)程；高校在師資力量的配備和法律知識(shí)的課程安排方面都存在諸多不合理之處；高校對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行法律素質(zhì)教育的模式缺少時(shí)代特色,深受傳統(tǒng)教育模式的影響；高校大學(xué)生的自身發(fā)展特點(diǎn)顯著,這在一定程度影響了高校法律素質(zhì)教育活動(dòng)的開展；此外,大學(xué)生所面臨的社會(huì)環(huán)境和家庭環(huán)境的一些負(fù)面因素也阻礙了高校法律素質(zhì)教育活動(dòng)的順利開展。文章的最后,針對(duì)當(dāng)前大學(xué)生法律素質(zhì)教育開展中存在的主要問(wèn)題,筆者分別從社會(huì)、學(xué)校、家庭以及學(xué)生自身四個(gè)層面提出了解決大學(xué)生法律素質(zhì)教育問(wèn)題的有效路徑。筆者認(rèn)為應(yīng)該提高高校內(nèi)對(duì)學(xué)生的法律素質(zhì)教育的重視程度,不要再利用以前的教育模式去培養(yǎng)及當(dāng)今的大學(xué)生們,要結(jié)合當(dāng)前的時(shí)代特色,有選擇性的繼承和創(chuàng)新傳統(tǒng)的高校法律素質(zhì)教育模式,適合時(shí)代要求的法律素質(zhì)教育新模式,同時(shí),必須優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有的法律課程體系,加強(qiáng)法律素質(zhì)教育的師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè),采用德育、心理健康教育與高校法律素質(zhì)教育相結(jié)合的辦法,并通過(guò)構(gòu)建學(xué)校、家庭、社會(huì)三體一化的系統(tǒng)的法律素質(zhì)教育的全面教育體系,來(lái)解決大學(xué)生法律素質(zhì)教育存在的問(wèn)題,也同時(shí)破解了我國(guó)高校法律素質(zhì)教育面臨的各種難題。
[Abstract]:In the eighteen major reports of the party, it is clearly pointed out that in the new period, we must promote the rule of law, carry out the basic strategy of ruling the country according to law, and accelerate the construction of a socialist country under the rule of law. Under the era of rapid development of science and technology and the rapid expansion of information, the process of construction of socialist present generation in China is accelerating and the construction of the rule of law is advanced. At the same time, we can see that there are some problems in the legal quality education of college students at the same time. The legal quality of college students has a direct relationship with the legal quality education of colleges and universities. College students are the future of our country, the pillar of social development, a new force for the construction of social law, and the legal quality of colleges and universities. It is the requirement of college legal quality education, which is also the requirement of building the rule of law and building society in our country. This article probes into the legal quality education of college students from four aspects. First, the author gives an overview of the legal quality education of the contemporary major students. The meaning of legal quality and the meaning of College Students' legal quality are explained. Secondly, the investigation of legal quality education in some colleges and universities is carried out in the form of questionnaire. The contents of the investigation mainly involve the investigation of legal knowledge, legal consciousness and legal belief of college students, and then to the legal quality of contemporary college students. The present situation has been analyzed. Thirdly, through the combination of relevant data and theoretical knowledge, the problems of the legal quality education of college students in China are studied in depth, and the following problems are summarized as follows: the current college students have the problems of weak legal consciousness, weak legal ability, lack of legal knowledge, lack of legal belief and so on, and the law of colleges and universities to law. The law quality education has little attention, which has greatly hindered the process of legal quality education in Colleges and universities. There are many unreasonable places in Colleges and universities in terms of the staffing of teachers and the course arrangement of legal knowledge; the mode of College Students' legal quality education lacks the characteristics of the times and is deeply influenced by the traditional educational model; the university is big. The characteristics of students' own development are remarkable, which has influenced the development of legal quality education activities in Colleges and universities to a certain extent. In addition, some negative factors of the social environment and family environment of college students have also hindered the smooth development of legal quality education activities in Colleges and universities. The main problems exist in this paper. The author puts forward the effective way to solve the problem of College Students' legal quality education from the four aspects of society, schools, families and students themselves. The author thinks that the degree of attention should be paid to the legal quality education of students in Colleges and universities. We should combine the current characteristics of the times and selectively inherit and innovate the traditional college legal quality education model, which is suitable for the new mode of legal quality education required by the times. At the same time, we must optimize the existing legal curriculum system, strengthen the establishment of the teaching staff of the legal quality education, adopt moral education, mental health education and the legal quality of colleges and universities. In order to solve the problems in the legal quality education of college students, the comprehensive education system of the systematic legal quality education of school, family and society is constructed to solve the problems in the legal quality education of college students. At the same time, the problems of the legal quality education in China's colleges and Universities are solved.
