【摘要】：進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)之后,現(xiàn)代大學(xué)功能不斷發(fā)展,大學(xué)越來(lái)越重視知識(shí)的應(yīng)用,成為國(guó)家應(yīng)用研究領(lǐng)域尤其是高新技術(shù)研究領(lǐng)域的主力軍。為了適應(yīng)這一變化需求,國(guó)內(nèi)外建設(shè)大學(xué)科技研究院的趨勢(shì)愈加明顯。大學(xué)科技研究院是科技、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展以及高等教育自身發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物,并且日益成為高校、政府、企業(yè)和科研院所實(shí)現(xiàn)各自利益目標(biāo)的戰(zhàn)略性選擇。大學(xué)科技研究院以產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作、跨學(xué)科組織、區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)以及戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟等為理論基礎(chǔ),對(duì)資源進(jìn)行整合,指向重大的、關(guān)鍵的科研創(chuàng)新目標(biāo)。中國(guó)的大學(xué)科技研究院產(chǎn)生時(shí)間不長(zhǎng),對(duì)于這樣一個(gè)正在發(fā)展中的新生事物,國(guó)內(nèi)現(xiàn)有的實(shí)踐研究缺乏較為系統(tǒng)的理論指導(dǎo),對(duì)其內(nèi)涵了解并不十分深入和完善。為此,本論文將結(jié)合大學(xué)科技研究院的理論基礎(chǔ),先對(duì)其發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行理論層面的建構(gòu),再主要結(jié)合中國(guó)大學(xué)科技研究院的發(fā)展實(shí)踐對(duì)中國(guó)大學(xué)科技研究院的發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行一定研究。 本文共由五部分組成。第一章為緒論,主要闡述選題的背景及意義,相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)綜述,以及研究思路與方法。第二章主要是對(duì)大學(xué)科技研究院的理論概述。對(duì)大學(xué)科技研究院的相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論進(jìn)行介紹,包括產(chǎn)學(xué)研理論,跨學(xué)科組織理論、區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)理論、戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟理論等等。第三章主要是對(duì)大學(xué)科技研究院的理論模式的構(gòu)建。在前兩章的研究基礎(chǔ)之上運(yùn)用SWOT分析法對(duì)大學(xué)科技研究院的發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行理論層面上的模型建構(gòu),通過(guò)四種不同戰(zhàn)略選擇構(gòu)建不同的大學(xué)科技研究院發(fā)展模式。第四章主要是對(duì)中國(guó)的大學(xué)科技研究院發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行研究,結(jié)合第三章的理論模式構(gòu)建對(duì)中國(guó)的大學(xué)科技研究院發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行分類闡述,并且分析發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及在發(fā)展中存在的各類問(wèn)題。第五章是在基于以上內(nèi)容,對(duì)中國(guó)大學(xué)科技研究院的發(fā)展模式提出一定的建議,從而有助于日后更加完善的大學(xué)科技研究院的構(gòu)建和管理。
[Abstract]:After the twenty-first Century, the function of modern universities is developing, and the university has paid more and more attention to the application of knowledge. It has become the main force in the field of application research, especially in the field of high and new technology research. In order to adapt to this change demand, the trend of construction of University Science and Technology Research Institute at home and abroad is becoming more and more obvious. As well as the product of the self development of higher education, and increasingly become a strategic choice for universities, governments, enterprises and scientific research institutes to achieve their respective interests. The University Science and Technology Institute (University of science and Technology), based on the cooperation of production, learning and research, interdisciplinary organization, regional innovation system and strategic alliance, integrates resources and points to major and key subjects. The Institute of science and Technology Research Institute of China has not produced a long time. It lacks systematic theoretical guidance for such a developing new thing and the existing practical research in China. Therefore, this paper will combine the theoretical basis of the University Science and Technology Research Institute to develop it first. The model is constructed at the theoretical level, and then the development pattern of the Chinese University of science and Technology Research Institute is studied with the development practice of the Chinese University of science and technology.
This article is composed of five parts. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly expounds the background and significance of the topic, the related literature review, and the research ideas and methods. The second chapter is mainly a summary of the theory of the University Science and Technology Research Institute, and introduces the relevant basic theories of the University Science and Technology Research Institute, including the theory of production, research and research, the interdisciplinary organizational theory, and the region. Innovation system theory, strategic alliance theory and so on. The third chapter is mainly the construction of the theoretical model of University Science and Technology Research Institute. On the basis of the first two chapters, the model construction of the development model of University Science and Technology Research Institute is built on the basis of the SWOT analysis method, and the different university science and technology research is constructed through four different strategic choices. The fourth chapter is mainly to study the development model of the University Science and Technology Research Institute in China, and to combine the theoretical model of the third chapters to classify the development model of the University Science and Technology Research Institute in China, and to analyze the development status and the various kinds of problems in the development. The fifth chapter is based on the above content. The development mode of the National University of science and technology of China puts forward some suggestions, which will contribute to the construction and management of a more perfect university science and Technology Research Institute in the future.
