【摘要】:20世紀(jì)90年代中期,我國(guó)成為接入國(guó)際互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的國(guó)家,我國(guó)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化進(jìn)程也正式開(kāi)始,網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)我國(guó)的社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、科技、文化、教育等各個(gè)領(lǐng)域開(kāi)始產(chǎn)生廣泛而深遠(yuǎn)的影響。在網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下,我國(guó)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育的開(kāi)展,是時(shí)代發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì),高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育研究備受黨和國(guó)家重視,成為一項(xiàng)重大的研究課題。正如傳統(tǒng)思想政治教育包括理論與實(shí)踐兩部分一樣,高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育同樣包括了理論與實(shí)踐兩個(gè)方面,而目前的研究大多集中在高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育的相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論研究方面,應(yīng)然性多,實(shí)然性少,理論邏輯推演多,實(shí)證研究調(diào)查少,且理論與實(shí)踐常常不做劃分,缺乏深入細(xì)致的研究。 在此背景下,本篇文章將立足于我國(guó)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育實(shí)踐的基點(diǎn)上,對(duì)我國(guó)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育實(shí)踐的基本問(wèn)題進(jìn)行闡述,并對(duì)我國(guó)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育的實(shí)踐從起步到現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行縱向的回顧與總結(jié),在實(shí)踐中總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)并使之上升為科學(xué)理論,進(jìn)而使理論再見(jiàn)之于實(shí)踐,推進(jìn)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育進(jìn)深發(fā)展。全文可分為四個(gè)部分: 第一部分:在緒論中論述了高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育實(shí)踐歷程研究這一論題的提出原因及研究意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀及研究方案。高校思想政治教育進(jìn)網(wǎng)絡(luò),這是網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代大背景下,高校思想政治教育與時(shí)俱進(jìn),不斷開(kāi)拓創(chuàng)新的表現(xiàn),而面對(duì)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育研究的整體現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育實(shí)踐歷程的研究具有獨(dú)特的理論意義和實(shí)踐意義,同時(shí)具有歷史意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文的研究主要采用文獻(xiàn)查閱法、歸納與綜合分析法及歷史分析法。 第二部分:我國(guó)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育實(shí)踐的基本問(wèn)題。在闡述了什么是高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步定義高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育實(shí)踐,對(duì)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育實(shí)踐的主體與客體、內(nèi)容與方法、原則與技術(shù)進(jìn)行了概述,并介紹了高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育的典型實(shí)踐,即高校思想政治教育網(wǎng)站建設(shè)。 第三部分:我國(guó)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育實(shí)踐的歷史考察。在這一部分內(nèi)容中對(duì)我國(guó)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育實(shí)踐近20年的歷程進(jìn)行了歷史劃分,詳細(xì)論述了其萌芽、產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展及創(chuàng)新四個(gè)階段的特點(diǎn),在第四創(chuàng)新階段中,首次將高校手機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育納入到整個(gè)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育實(shí)踐中。 第四部分:我國(guó)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育實(shí)踐的反思與前瞻?偨Y(jié)近20年的實(shí)踐歷程,在曲折中不斷發(fā)展,高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育實(shí)踐取得了成就的同時(shí),也有很多不足,在繼續(xù)完善高校校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)施建設(shè)、創(chuàng)新高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育方法、加強(qiáng)高校思想政治教育網(wǎng)站建設(shè)方面還應(yīng)繼續(xù)努力,同時(shí),高校手機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育具有極大的發(fā)展?jié)摿Α?最后,在結(jié)語(yǔ)中總結(jié)了我國(guó)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育實(shí)踐的時(shí)代性、應(yīng)用性,及發(fā)展的生命力,同時(shí)指出了本篇文章的創(chuàng)新之處和不足之處。
[Abstract]:In the mid - 1990s , our country has become a country to access the international Internet , and the network process in our country has begun , and the network has exerted extensive and profound influence on the social , economic , political , science and technology , culture and education in our country .
In this context , this article will be based on the practice of network ideological and political education in our country , expounds the basic problems of the practice of network ideological and political education in our country , and summarizes the practice of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in our country from the beginning to now .
In the first part : In the introduction , the author discusses the reasons and significance of the research on the practice course of ideological and political education in colleges and universities . The present situation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is of great significance to the study of ideological and political education in colleges and universities .
The second part : The basic problem of the practice of network ideological and political education in our country . On the basis of elaborating what is the ideological and political education of university network , further defines the practice of network ideological and political education in colleges and universities , summarizes the subject and object , contents and methods , principles and techniques of the practice of network ideological and political education in colleges and universities , and introduces the typical practice of ideological and political education in colleges and universities , that is , the construction of ideological and political education websites in colleges and universities .
Part three : The history of the practice of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in our country . In this part , the history of the practice of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in our country is divided into two stages , and the characteristics of the four stages of its emergence , production , development and innovation are discussed in detail . The practice course of the last 20 years is summarized . At the same time , the practice of network ideological and political education in colleges and universities has made great achievements . At the same time , it is necessary to continue to improve the construction of network facilities in colleges and universities , innovate the ideological and political education methods of network ideological and political education in colleges and universities , and strengthen the construction of ideological and political education websites in colleges and universities . Meanwhile , the ideological and political education of mobile network of colleges and universities has great potential for development .
Finally , in the conclusion , the author summarizes the times , applicability and vitality of the practice of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in our country , and points out the originality and deficiency of this article .
