【摘要】：《京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》的貫徹實施對區(qū)域高等教育和高校發(fā)展提出了應(yīng)然要求,而組建戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟是實現(xiàn)高校協(xié)同發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略選擇,這既是高校聯(lián)盟的內(nèi)生性價值訴求,也是區(qū)域內(nèi)協(xié)同和區(qū)域間競爭的現(xiàn)實需要。京津冀高校通過組建育人聯(lián)盟、師資聯(lián)盟、校地聯(lián)盟、智庫聯(lián)盟、創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟、創(chuàng)業(yè)聯(lián)盟,在享有京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展的資源紅利和政策支持的同時,也要為推進實施京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展做出應(yīng)有的貢獻。
[Abstract]:The implementation of "Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei coordinated Development Program" puts forward the necessary requirements for the regional higher education and the development of higher education, and the establishment of strategic alliance is the strategic choice to realize the coordinated development of colleges and universities, which is the endogenous value demand of the university alliance. It is also the realistic need of regional cooperation and inter-regional competition. The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei colleges and universities enjoy the resources dividend and policy support for the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei through the establishment of educational alliances, teachers' unions, land alliances, think tanks, innovation alliances, and entrepreneurial alliances. It should also contribute to the implementation of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei coordinated development.
