【摘要】：高校周邊環(huán)境為高等教育管理服務(wù)的一個(gè)環(huán)境基礎(chǔ)。而高校周邊商業(yè)環(huán)境研究?jī)H是高校周邊環(huán)境研究的一個(gè)子課題。高校周邊商業(yè)環(huán)境的好壞直接影響到高校學(xué)生的正常學(xué)習(xí)、生活秩序,因此必須加強(qiáng)高校周邊商業(yè)環(huán)境的建設(shè)與治理。 大學(xué)生作為高校周邊商業(yè)行為的消費(fèi)需求主體,卻常常因?yàn)槠湔J(rèn)知能力、心理成熟狀況、自我控制力度等問題而導(dǎo)致其產(chǎn)生錯(cuò)誤的消費(fèi)需求,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)了高校周邊商業(yè)環(huán)境的錯(cuò)誤的消費(fèi)供應(yīng)。本文將以學(xué)生的需求為視角,辨別出正確和錯(cuò)誤的需求之分,來探討高校周邊商業(yè)環(huán)境的治理問題。主要觀點(diǎn)為：首先,以湖南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)和長(zhǎng)沙學(xué)院兩所高校為例,實(shí)地統(tǒng)計(jì)出其商業(yè)類別的數(shù)量及分布,其次以學(xué)生需求的視角來看待高校周邊商業(yè)環(huán)境中的各種隱患。最后,從政府、高校、學(xué)生自身等多個(gè)層面,探索出一些治理高校周邊商業(yè)環(huán)境的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:The surrounding environment of colleges and universities serves as an environmental basis for the management of higher education. The study of the surrounding commercial environment is only a sub-topic of the research on the surrounding environment of colleges and universities. The commercial environment around colleges and universities directly affects the normal study and living order of college students, so it is necessary to strengthen the construction and management of the commercial environment around colleges and universities. As the consumer demand subject of the business behavior around the university, college students often produce wrong consumption demand because of their cognitive ability, psychological maturity, self-control and so on. In turn, it promotes the wrong consumption supply of the business environment around colleges and universities. From the perspective of students' needs, this paper will distinguish the right and wrong needs to discuss the governance of the business environment around colleges and universities. The main points are as follows: first, taking Hunan Agricultural University and Changsha University as examples, statistics the number and distribution of commercial categories in Hunan Agricultural University and Changsha University on the spot, and then looking at various hidden dangers in the surrounding commercial environment of colleges and universities from the perspective of students' needs. Finally, from the government, colleges and universities, students themselves and other levels, explore some effective ways to govern the business environment around colleges and universities.
