【摘要】：2012年大學(xué)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)問題凸顯，畢業(yè)生擇業(yè)壓力日益增加，，造成了擇業(yè)焦慮等負(fù)性情緒。在這一背景下，本文對(duì)大學(xué)畢業(yè)生的擇業(yè)壓力和擇業(yè)焦慮狀況進(jìn)行了研究，并對(duì)社會(huì)支持在大學(xué)生擇業(yè)過程中所發(fā)揮的作用進(jìn)行了探討。 本文通過問卷調(diào)查法，以290名應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生為樣本，通過擇業(yè)壓力量表、根據(jù)ISEL修訂的社會(huì)支持量表以及中文版Zung氏焦慮量表，對(duì)畢業(yè)生的擇業(yè)壓力、擇業(yè)焦慮、社會(huì)支持的水平以及變量之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了探討，得到以下主要結(jié)論：所測(cè)畢業(yè)生的擇業(yè)壓力水平中等，其中社會(huì)環(huán)境壓力最大；近三分之一的學(xué)生表現(xiàn)出焦慮傾向；不同生源地與家庭社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)地位的畢業(yè)生擇業(yè)壓力水平有顯著差異；擇業(yè)壓力與社會(huì)支持顯著負(fù)相關(guān)，擇業(yè)焦慮與社會(huì)支持顯著負(fù)相關(guān)；社會(huì)支持在擇業(yè)壓力與擇業(yè)焦慮之間起到完全中介作用。 鑒于以上研究結(jié)果，對(duì)高校和社會(huì)出三點(diǎn)建議：高校的就業(yè)指導(dǎo)中心對(duì)于本科畢業(yè)生的擇業(yè)過程，要重視來自社會(huì)環(huán)境的壓力；在就業(yè)輔導(dǎo)的過程中可以考慮將社會(huì)支持作為干預(yù)手段，緩解畢業(yè)生的擇業(yè)壓力和焦慮；關(guān)注經(jīng)濟(jì)條件較差的學(xué)生，來自學(xué)校、家人的支持能夠顯著改善他們的壓力和焦慮水平，彌補(bǔ)家庭背景所帶來的不足。
[Abstract]:The employment problem of college graduates in 2012 highlights the increasing pressure on graduates to choose jobs, resulting in negative emotions such as job anxiety. Under this background, this paper studies the pressure and anxiety of college graduates in choosing jobs, and probes into the role of social support in the process of choosing jobs for college students. In this paper, a questionnaire survey was conducted with 290 fresh graduates as a sample. According to the Social support scale revised by ISEL and the Chinese version of Zung's anxiety scale, the job stress and job anxiety of the graduates were investigated by using the Job Choice stress scale, the Social support scale and the Chinese version of the Social support scale. The relationship between social support level and variables is discussed. The main conclusions are as follows: the level of employment stress of the graduates tested is moderate, the social environment pressure is the greatest, nearly 1/3 students show anxiety tendency; There are significant differences in the level of job choice pressure between students from different places and the socioeconomic status of their families, while there is a significant negative correlation between job stress and social support, and between job anxiety and social support. Social support plays a full intermediary role between job pressure and job anxiety. In view of the above research results, there are three suggestions for universities and the society: the employment guidance center of colleges and universities should pay attention to the pressure from the social environment for the process of undergraduate graduates' career selection; In the process of employment guidance, we can consider social support as a means of intervention to alleviate the pressure and anxiety of graduates in choosing jobs. Family support can significantly improve their stress and anxiety levels, making up for the lack of family background.
