【摘要】：我國(guó)于2004年,將“尊重和保護(hù)人權(quán)”寫入憲法,并在2012年制定了《國(guó)家人權(quán)行動(dòng)計(jì)劃》(2012-2015)。但是我國(guó)對(duì)于人權(quán)的研究和探索才剛剛開始,大學(xué)生人權(quán)意識(shí)的發(fā)展還存在很多問題。本文采用問卷法,在閱讀了眾多資料的基礎(chǔ)上,編制了“大學(xué)生人權(quán)意識(shí)問卷”,以遼寧師范大學(xué)的在校大學(xué)生為樣本,針對(duì)大學(xué)生人權(quán)意識(shí)的總體現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查,采用等級(jí)排列和多重響應(yīng)分析的方法了解大學(xué)生對(duì)不同人權(quán)的重要性程度和認(rèn)知狀況,從而發(fā)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生人權(quán)意識(shí)存在以下問題:大學(xué)生對(duì)人權(quán)及人權(quán)的相關(guān)法律缺乏了解;大學(xué)生人權(quán)意識(shí)出現(xiàn)“過度維權(quán)傾向”;大學(xué)生人權(quán)意識(shí)以自我為中心,缺乏義務(wù)意識(shí)。針對(duì)以上問題,本文從社會(huì),教育,學(xué)校,家庭,自我五個(gè)方面進(jìn)行因素分析,并由此提出改善大學(xué)生人權(quán)意識(shí)現(xiàn)狀的幾點(diǎn)對(duì)策:宣傳人權(quán)知識(shí),促進(jìn)人權(quán)事業(yè)的全面發(fā)展;健全法制,保障大學(xué)生人權(quán)權(quán)益;完善高校管理,保障大學(xué)生人權(quán)的主體地位;加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生人權(quán)教育,增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生人權(quán)意識(shí);從個(gè)人角度,主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí),增強(qiáng)人權(quán)意識(shí)。
[Abstract]:In 2004, "respecting and protecting human rights" was enshrined in our Constitution, and the National Action Plan for Human Rights (2012-2015) was formulated in 2012.However, the research and exploration of human rights in our country has just begun, and there are still many problems in the development of college students' human rights consciousness.On the basis of reading a lot of data, this paper uses questionnaire method to compile the questionnaire of college students' human rights awareness, taking the college students of Liaoning normal University as a sample to investigate the overall situation of college students' human rights consciousness.Using rank arrangement and multiple response analysis to understand the importance of different human rights and cognitive status of college students, it is found that there are the following problems in college students' human rights awareness: college students lack of understanding of human rights and human rights related laws;The consciousness of human rights of college students appears "excessive tendency to protect rights", and the consciousness of human rights of college students is self-centered and lack of sense of obligation.Aiming at the above problems, this paper analyzes the factors from five aspects of society, education, school, family and self, and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the present situation of college students' human rights consciousness: propagating the knowledge of human rights and promoting the all-round development of human rights cause;Improve the legal system to protect the human rights and interests of college students; improve the management of colleges and universities to protect the main status of human rights of college students; strengthen the human rights education of college students, enhance the awareness of human rights of college students; from a personal perspective, take the initiative to learn, enhance human rights awareness.
