閩南文化在高校德育的運(yùn)用研究

【摘要】:文化是一個(gè)民族的靈魂。作為中華民族優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的組成部分,閩南文化是一種潛在的地方資源。由于移民遷徙的歷史原因和山海兼?zhèn)涞牡乩憝h(huán)境,閩南文化兼具中原文化的民族性特征和地方文化的地域性特點(diǎn)。閩南文化所蘊(yùn)含的豐富的德育教育資源在幾千年的歷史沉淀中得到不斷傳承和積淀,至今仍具有強(qiáng)大的生命力和教育價(jià)值。并且,,閩南文化扎根于閩南地區(qū),具有鮮明的地方特性,能夠賦予地方高校和道德育人工作以豐富的教育教學(xué)資源。因此,利用閩南文化的歷史人文內(nèi)涵,并將其引入高校德育工作,開展豐富多彩的實(shí)踐活動,可以讓學(xué)生在實(shí)踐中了解和熱愛閩南文化,受到閩南文化的熏陶,提升自身的綜合素質(zhì)和道德品質(zhì)。 本文以閩南文化為角度,論述了挖掘閩南文化內(nèi)涵中的優(yōu)秀教育資源,并將其運(yùn)用于高校德育的實(shí)際工作之中,能夠收獲到良好的實(shí)際效果,從而改變以往地方高校德育工作中存在的教育內(nèi)容貧乏、教育形式單調(diào)、教育效果不佳的弊端。本文對閩南文化在高校德育中的運(yùn)用研究從以下幾個(gè)部分逐層展開:首先,從物質(zhì)文化、精神文化、制度文化對閩南文化的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行闡述,從海洋文化、移民文化、中原文化對閩南文化的特征進(jìn)行闡述。其次,論述了將閩南文化運(yùn)用于高校德育中能夠豐富德育內(nèi)容,增強(qiáng)德育效果,優(yōu)化德育環(huán)境的運(yùn)用意義;分析了閩南文化融入高校德育內(nèi)容,充當(dāng)高校德育載體,營造高校德育氛圍的運(yùn)用現(xiàn)狀。再次,找出閩南文化在高校德育運(yùn)用的若干問題,即:缺少專業(yè)的德育師資人才,欠缺深厚的閩南地方文化氛圍,教育發(fā)展模式較為陳舊。并且,分析了產(chǎn)生這些問題的原因是:對閩南文化資源的挖掘和開發(fā)相對落后,對閩南文化在德育工作中的重要性認(rèn)識不足,閩南文化在高校德育運(yùn)用中的外部條件不完善。最后,從優(yōu)化外部環(huán)境、強(qiáng)化隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、拓展應(yīng)用載體三個(gè)方面論述了閩南文化在高校德育的運(yùn)用對策。
[Abstract]:Culture is the soul of a nation.As an integral part of the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation, Minnan culture is a potential local resource.Due to the historical reasons of emigration and the geographical environment of mountain and sea, Minnan culture has the national characteristics of the Central Plains and the regional characteristics of the local culture.The abundant moral education resources contained in Minnan culture have been inherited and accumulated in the history of thousands of years, and still have strong vitality and educational value.Moreover, Minnan culture is rooted in Minnan region and has distinct local characteristics, which can endow local colleges and universities with abundant educational and teaching resources.Therefore, using the historical humanistic connotation of Minnan culture, introducing it into the moral education work of colleges and universities and carrying out rich and colorful practical activities, students can understand and love Minnan culture in practice and be influenced by Minnan culture.Improve their own comprehensive quality and moral quality.From the perspective of Minnan culture, this paper discusses the excellent educational resources in the connotation of Minnan culture, and applies them to the practical work of moral education in colleges and universities.In order to change the former local colleges and universities moral education in the poor content, monotonous forms of education, educational results are not good.In this paper, the application of Minnan culture in moral education in colleges and universities is studied from the following aspects: firstly, the connotation of Minnan culture is expounded from material culture, spiritual culture and institutional culture, and the connotation of Minnan culture is expounded from marine culture and immigrant culture.The Central Plains culture expounds the characteristics of Minnan culture.Secondly, it discusses the significance of applying Minnan culture to moral education in colleges and universities, which can enrich the content of moral education, enhance the effect of moral education and optimize the environment of moral education, analyzes the integration of Minnan culture into the content of moral education in colleges and universities, and acts as the carrier of moral education in colleges and universities.The present situation of constructing the atmosphere of moral education in colleges and universities.Thirdly, some problems in the application of Minnan culture in moral education in colleges and universities are found, that is, the lack of professional moral education teachers, the lack of profound local culture atmosphere, and the old educational development model.Moreover, the causes of these problems are analyzed as follows: the mining and exploitation of Minnan cultural resources is relatively backward, the importance of Minnan culture in moral education is not well understood, and the external conditions of Minnan culture in the application of moral education in colleges and universities are not perfect.Finally, from three aspects of optimizing the external environment, strengthening the team construction and expanding the application carrier, this paper discusses the application countermeasures of Minnan culture in the moral education of colleges and universities.
