【摘要】：在知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,為了滿足社會(huì)發(fā)展和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)對(duì)高等學(xué)校學(xué)生人力資本的需求,需要增強(qiáng)高校學(xué)生人力資本的形成效率,要做到這一點(diǎn),就必須全面而深刻地認(rèn)識(shí)高校學(xué)生人力資本的形成。 本文對(duì)高校學(xué)生人力資本形成研究包括三個(gè)部分：其一,對(duì)高校學(xué)生人力資本各個(gè)組成部分內(nèi)在形成機(jī)制的研究；其二,對(duì)高校學(xué)生人力資本形成現(xiàn)實(shí)途徑的研究；其三,對(duì)高校學(xué)生人力資本形成的社會(huì)過(guò)程的研究。高校學(xué)生人力資本的內(nèi)在形成機(jī)制包括在認(rèn)識(shí)論作用下結(jié)合了高校學(xué)生個(gè)體特征的獨(dú)特性的知識(shí)和技能的內(nèi)化機(jī)制、建立在對(duì)高校學(xué)生自我能力的認(rèn)識(shí)和探索基礎(chǔ)之上的能力生成和發(fā)展機(jī)制以及高校學(xué)生健康生活方式的內(nèi)化機(jī)制。內(nèi)在形成機(jī)制具有一定的內(nèi)隱性,但是它對(duì)高校學(xué)生人力資本的塑造作用具有長(zhǎng)期性、累積性的和決定性。專業(yè)教育、各種形式的專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)、社會(huì)實(shí)踐鍛煉、職業(yè)體驗(yàn)、人際交往以及身體鍛煉等是高校學(xué)生人力資本形成的現(xiàn)實(shí)途徑。高校學(xué)生人力資本的形成是一系列復(fù)雜的社會(huì)活動(dòng)的結(jié)果。這些活動(dòng)分為三個(gè)社會(huì)環(huán)節(jié)：需求環(huán)節(jié)、投入環(huán)節(jié)和生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)。社會(huì)需求是高校學(xué)生人力資本形成的動(dòng)力來(lái)源。經(jīng)費(fèi)和高校新生投入到高等學(xué)校后,專業(yè)知識(shí)在這個(gè)生產(chǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)化為高校學(xué)生人力資本。在影響高校學(xué)生人力資本形成的社會(huì)行為主體中,團(tuán)體行為主體是一種外部力量,而高校學(xué)生則是一種內(nèi)在的決定性力量。 本文對(duì)高校學(xué)生人力資本形成的認(rèn)識(shí)相對(duì)來(lái)說(shuō)比已有文獻(xiàn)更全面、更深刻。在所作研究的基礎(chǔ)上,本文認(rèn)識(shí)到,要提高高校學(xué)生人力資本的形成效率必須遵循其內(nèi)在的形成規(guī)律,優(yōu)化個(gè)體人力資本形成的現(xiàn)實(shí)途徑,有效利用多種社會(huì)力量的合力。高校學(xué)生人力資本的形成既需要良好的外部環(huán)境支持,更需要高校學(xué)生本人建立在科學(xué)自我認(rèn)識(shí)上的主觀努力。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge based economy, in order to meet the needs of social development and upgrading of industrial structure to college students' human capital, it is necessary to enhance the formation efficiency of university students' human capital. To achieve this, we must have a comprehensive and profound understanding of the formation of university student's human capital.
The university student human capital formation research includes three parts: first, research on College Students' internal formation mechanism of the human capital component; secondly, the research on College Students' human capital formation way; thirdly, study the social process of College Students' human capital formation of the inherent formation mechanism of College Students' human. Capital is included in the theory of knowledge under the action of combined with the unique characteristics of individual internalization mechanism of College Students' knowledge and skills, based on College Students' ability of self understanding and exploration of basic ability formation and development mechanism of university students and a healthy lifestyle. The internal mechanism of internal mechanism has certain implicit. But for college students shaping the role of human capital is long-term, cumulative and decisive. Professional education, various forms of professional learning Learning, social practice, occupation experience, interpersonal and physical exercise of college students is the realistic way of human capital formation. The formation of College Students' human capital is a series of complex social activities. These activities are divided into three aspects: social needs into the link, link and production. The social demand is the source of Power College Students in the formation of human capital. The new investment funds and universities to colleges and universities, professional knowledge into college students' human capital in the production agency. In the society for college students influence the formation of human capital as the main body, the main group behavior is a kind of external power, the students in Colleges and universities is a decisive force within.
Understanding this form of human capital on college students than the relatively more comprehensive, more profound. Based on the research, this paper realized that in order to improve the efficiency of the formation must follow its internal law of university students form of human capital, the practical way to optimize the individual human capital formation, the effective use of a variety of social forces the power of college students. The formation of human capital not only needs a good external environment support, I need more college students based on scientific self understanding of the subjective efforts.
