【摘要】：我國高校輔導(dǎo)員崗位的設(shè)置已經(jīng)有幾十年的歷史,深受我國政治經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和高等教育發(fā)展的影響,至今已成為我國高等教育有別他國高等教育的一個特色。“80后”這一時期的輔導(dǎo)員已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)前高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍的主要力量,隨著我國高等教育發(fā)展的需要,這個群體的專業(yè)化建設(shè)問題已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)前高校思想政治教育工作的主要問題之一。在國際政治經(jīng)濟(jì)競爭加劇和國內(nèi)高�？焖侔l(fā)展的大背景下,80后輔導(dǎo)員群體的專業(yè)化發(fā)展直接關(guān)系到高校教育事業(yè)當(dāng)前及今后能夠順利的發(fā)展。 本研究界定了“80后”、“高校輔導(dǎo)員”、“專業(yè)化”幾個重要的概念,并深入省內(nèi)具代表性的幾所高校和高職高專院校開展調(diào)查。在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析當(dāng)前省內(nèi)80后輔導(dǎo)員的專業(yè)化建設(shè)狀況,發(fā)現(xiàn)存在的問題,分析問題的原因,提出80后輔導(dǎo)員群體專業(yè)化建設(shè)的路徑。
[Abstract]:The establishment of counselors' posts in colleges and universities in our country has a history of several decades and is deeply influenced by the development of political economy and higher education in our country.Up to now, it has become a special feature of higher education in China that is different from that of other countries. The counselors of the post-80s period have become the main force of the college counselors, and with the development of higher education in our country,The specialization of this group has become one of the main problems of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Under the background of the intensification of international political and economic competition and the rapid development of domestic colleges and universities, the professional development of post-80s counselors is directly related to the current and future smooth development of college education.This study defines several important concepts of "post-80s", "college counselors" and "specialization", and carries out investigations in several representative colleges and universities in the province.On this basis, this paper analyzes the current situation of professional construction of post-80s counselors in the province, finds out the existing problems, analyzes the causes of the problems, and puts forward the path of professional construction of post-80s post-80s counselors.
