研究生社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、信息獲取與求職結(jié)果間關(guān)系的實(shí)證研究

【摘要】:高校碩士研究生是我國重要的人才集群,在國家的人才計(jì)劃中占據(jù)關(guān)鍵的位置。然而如今,高校碩士畢業(yè)生就業(yè)情況也不容樂觀,就業(yè)難已經(jīng)成為困擾碩士研究生的現(xiàn)實(shí)難題,引起了社會(huì)各界的普遍關(guān)注。而且對于求職者來說,其自身不是一個(gè)單獨(dú)的個(gè)體,而是一個(gè)被嵌于社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的理性社會(huì)人。所以,從這一點(diǎn)來講,大多數(shù)求職者在其自身能力和條件范圍之內(nèi),往往不能擁有應(yīng)對紛繁復(fù)雜的就業(yè)環(huán)境所需要的全部信息或資源;求職者必須充分利用其社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò),及時(shí)獲取更多有用的關(guān)鍵信息,以促進(jìn)其求職的順利實(shí)現(xiàn)。 在競爭激烈的就業(yè)壓力下,如何促進(jìn)碩士畢業(yè)生較為順利地走向工作崗位,不僅已成為目前我國亟待解決的現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)問題,也是當(dāng)前社會(huì)學(xué)理論和人力資本理論領(lǐng)域重要關(guān)注的研究課題。現(xiàn)有有關(guān)大學(xué)生就業(yè)的研究主要集中在三個(gè)方面,一是宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)方面,試圖通過改善勞動(dòng)力市場和教育體制改革來優(yōu)化大學(xué)生的就業(yè)環(huán)境;二是微觀的人力資本層次,提出人力資本的差異和不足造成了就業(yè)難得結(jié)果,因此應(yīng)著重提高其人力資本;三是從社會(huì)資本的角度,認(rèn)為求職者擁有的家庭背景、經(jīng)濟(jì)收入以及自身所擁有的其他關(guān)系人脈等是影響就業(yè)的關(guān)鍵因素。本研究則主要從社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系強(qiáng)度這一角度來探索碩士研究生的求職問題,并加入信息獲取這一就業(yè)過程中的關(guān)鍵行為特征,分析研究社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和求職結(jié)果的內(nèi)在影響機(jī)制。 本研究是從碩士研究生的個(gè)體層次出發(fā),分析其在求職過中使用的社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系強(qiáng)度、信息獲取對求職結(jié)果的影響。首先,梳理回顧有關(guān)社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、信息或資源獲取、求職結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)理論和文獻(xiàn),以充分了解其內(nèi)涵和內(nèi)在邏輯關(guān)系,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出本文的框架模型和假設(shè);其次,對相關(guān)的國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行總結(jié)歸納,明確其維度和測量方法,為下一步研究各變量間的關(guān)系做好準(zhǔn)備鋪墊;再次,,本文在借鑒測量相關(guān)變量的量表的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了必要的修改,形成了本研究的正式問卷,并運(yùn)用SPSS16.0對回收來的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析處理,來驗(yàn)證前文提出的假設(shè);最后,根據(jù)實(shí)證研究結(jié)論,本文從兩個(gè)方面提出了有關(guān)研究生就業(yè)的建議和啟示,并提出了本文的不足和未來研究方向。 通過對問卷回收數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)證研究,本文得出以下結(jié)論: 一、碩士研究生求職者與其網(wǎng)絡(luò)成員的關(guān)系強(qiáng)度對其在求職過程中獲得的就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)次數(shù)和工作滿意度具有正向影響作用。 二、碩士研究生求職者與其網(wǎng)絡(luò)成員的關(guān)系強(qiáng)度對其在求職過程中獲取信息的及時(shí)程度和準(zhǔn)確程度具有正向影響作用。 三、碩士研究生獲取信息越及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確,其獲得的就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)次數(shù)也就越多,滿意程度也越高。 四、信息獲取的及時(shí)程度和準(zhǔn)確程度在社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系強(qiáng)度和就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)次數(shù)以及就業(yè)滿意度之間起到部分中介作用。
[Abstract]:The graduate students in colleges and universities are an important talent group in our country, which occupies a key position in the national talent program. However, nowadays, the employment situation of the graduates of universities and colleges is not optimistic, and the difficulty of obtaining employment has become a practical problem puzzling the graduate students. And for job seekers, it is not a single individual, but a rational social person embedded in the social network. So, from this point of view, Most job seekers, within their capabilities and conditions, often do not have all the information or resources they need to cope with a complex employment environment; job seekers must make full use of their social networks, Timely access to more useful key information to facilitate the smooth implementation of their job search. Under the intense pressure of employment, how to promote the graduates to work smoothly has not only become a real social problem to be solved urgently in our country. It is also an important research topic in the field of sociology theory and human capital theory. The existing research on the employment of college students is mainly focused on three aspects, one is the macroeconomic aspect. This paper attempts to optimize the employment environment of college students by improving the labor market and the reform of the educational system, second, the microcosmic level of human capital, which points out that the difference and insufficiency of human capital cause the difficult result of employment, so it should focus on improving their human capital. Third, from the perspective of social capital, we think that job seekers have a family background. Economic income and other related connections are the key factors that affect employment. This study mainly explores the employment problem of graduate students from the angle of social network relationship intensity. Information acquisition is a key behavioral feature in the process of employment, and the internal influence mechanism of social network and job search results is analyzed and studied. This study is to analyze the strength of social network relationship and the influence of information acquisition on job search results from the individual level of postgraduates. First of all, review the relevant social networks, information or resource acquisition. The basic theory and literature of job search results, in order to fully understand its connotation and internal logical relationship, and then put forward the framework model and hypothesis of this paper. Secondly, summarize and summarize the relevant domestic and foreign literature, clarify its dimensions and measurement methods. For the next step to study the relationship between variables to prepare for the next; again, this paper based on the measurement of relevant variables on the basis of the necessary modifications, formed the formal questionnaire of this study, And using SPSS16.0 to analyze and process the recovered data to verify the hypothesis put forward above. Finally, according to the empirical research conclusions, this paper puts forward the advice and inspiration of graduate employment from two aspects. At the same time, the deficiency of this paper and the direction of future research are put forward. Based on the empirical study of the data collected from the questionnaire, this paper draws the following conclusions:. The results are as follows: 1. The intensity of the relationship between the job seekers and their network members has a positive effect on the number of job opportunities and job satisfaction. Secondly, the intensity of the relationship between graduate candidates and their network members has a positive effect on the degree of timeliness and accuracy of obtaining information in the process of job-hunting. Third, the more timely and accurate the graduate students obtain information, the more employment opportunities they get, and the higher the degree of satisfaction. Fourth, the degree of timeliness and accuracy of information acquisition plays a part of intermediary role between the strength of social network relationship and the number of employment opportunities as well as employment satisfaction.
