【摘要】：英國大學(xué)科研評估是全球科研評估的典范。2014年實施的科研卓越框架(REF)評估體系中新增了科研影響力評估模塊,更多地關(guān)注研究質(zhì)量以及科研對經(jīng)濟社會的影響。科研影響力評估是英國科研評估制度改革的重要突破點,也是英國謀求大學(xué)科研創(chuàng)新和卓越性的重要體現(xiàn)。英國大學(xué)科研影響力評估的評估方法、評估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及評估過程表現(xiàn)出很多創(chuàng)新特征:謀求跨學(xué)科和協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的評估單元分類設(shè)計;基于"案例+模板"的同行評議方式;基于"深度"和"重要性"融合的評估標(biāo)準(zhǔn);評估與審核相結(jié)合的嚴(yán)密評估過程。
[Abstract]:The UK university research assessment is a model of global research assessment. In 2014, the Framework of Excellence in Scientific Research (REFF) evaluation system was added to assess the impact of scientific research. Pay more attention to the quality of research and the impact of scientific research on the economy and society. Evaluation of the impact of scientific research is an important breakthrough in the reform of the scientific research evaluation system in the United Kingdom. It is also an important embodiment of the UK's pursuit of innovation and excellence in university research. Evaluation criteria and evaluation process show many innovative features: classification design of assessment units seeking interdisciplinary and collaborative innovation; peer review based on "case template"; evaluation criteria based on "depth" and "importance" fusion; A rigorous assessment process that combines assessment with audit.
