【摘要】：本文選取40個(gè)國(guó)家從橫向角度以及從這40個(gè)國(guó)家中選擇4個(gè)國(guó)家從縱向角度分析了21世紀(jì)初世界范圍內(nèi)高等教育中的學(xué)科性別隔離問(wèn)題。通過(guò)研究發(fā)現(xiàn):學(xué)科中的性別隔離問(wèn)題依然比較嚴(yán)重,表現(xiàn)為工程制造與建筑領(lǐng)域依舊是男性的天下;而教育學(xué)、健康與福利等領(lǐng)域仍然是女性占據(jù)統(tǒng)治地位。通過(guò)梳理現(xiàn)有的關(guān)于學(xué)科性別隔離現(xiàn)象的理論,本文認(rèn)為:在進(jìn)行國(guó)際比較時(shí),我們需要從一個(gè)新的視角即結(jié)合個(gè)人主義流派和結(jié)構(gòu)主義流派來(lái)更好地分析學(xué)科中的性別隔離問(wèn)題。而要解決這種學(xué)科中的性別隔離問(wèn)題,必須從宏觀社會(huì)和微觀個(gè)人兩個(gè)角度雙管齊下。
[Abstract]:In this paper, 40 countries are selected from a horizontal perspective and 4 out of 40 countries are selected from a vertical point of view to analyze the gender segregation of disciplines in higher education worldwide in early 21th century. Gender segregation in disciplines remains a serious problem. For engineering manufacturing and construction is still the world of men; However, education, health and welfare are still dominated by women. By combing the existing theories of gender segregation in disciplines, this paper holds that: in the international comparison. We need to better analyze the problem of gender segregation in disciplines from a new perspective, that is, the combination of individualism and structuralism, and to solve the problem of gender segregation in such disciplines. Must from the macro society and the micro-individual two angles both approaches.
