【摘要】：隨著高等教育招生規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,高等教育資源短缺問題日益凸顯,雖然近年來高等教育資源總量持續(xù)增加,但仍不能滿足高等教育事業(yè)快速發(fā)展的需要。在這種情況下,探討高等教育資源在不同地區(qū)、高校之間配置的現(xiàn)狀、問題及對策具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文首先從高等教育資源及高等教育資源配置的內(nèi)涵、特征、影響因素出發(fā),對相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了界定,然后從高等教育資源總量不斷增加、高等教育資源配置方式日益合理、高等教育資源配置目標(biāo)向效率優(yōu)先、兼顧公平轉(zhuǎn)變?nèi)齻�(gè)方面分析了我國高等教育資源配置的現(xiàn)狀,并指出了高等教育資源總量不足,配置結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,區(qū)域、院校之間差距較大,配置效率較低四個(gè)方面的問題,最后結(jié)合我國高等教育發(fā)展的實(shí)際情況提出了加大投入、提高高等教育資源總量,優(yōu)化高等教育資源配置結(jié)構(gòu),加強(qiáng)對弱勢地區(qū)和高校的補(bǔ)償力度,資源共享、提高教育資源配置效率四個(gè)方面的對策,希望能夠促進(jìn)我國高等教育資源配置的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展和完善。
[Abstract]:With the expansion of higher education enrollment, the shortage of higher education resources has become increasingly prominent, although the total amount of higher education resources has been increasing in recent years. However, it can not meet the needs of the rapid development of higher education. In this case, the allocation of higher education resources in different regions and universities is discussed. Problems and countermeasures have important theoretical and practical significance. Firstly, this paper defines the related concepts from the connotation, characteristics and influencing factors of higher education resources and the allocation of higher education resources. Then from the increase of the total amount of higher education resources, the allocation of higher education resources is becoming more and more reasonable, and the target of higher education resources allocation is given priority to efficiency. This paper analyzes the present situation of the allocation of higher education resources in China from three aspects of taking into account the fair transformation, and points out that the total amount of higher education resources is insufficient, the allocation structure is unreasonable, and the gap between regions and colleges is great. Finally, combined with the actual situation of the development of higher education in China, the author puts forward to increase investment, improve the total amount of resources of higher education, and optimize the structure of the allocation of resources of higher education. It is hoped that the further development and perfection of the allocation of higher education resources in China can be promoted by strengthening the compensation for the disadvantaged areas and colleges and universities, sharing the resources and improving the efficiency of the allocation of educational resources.
