【摘要】:隨著我國高等教育事業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,高等教育規(guī)模日益擴大的同時教育質(zhì)量問題亦越來越受到社會各界的廣泛關注。在我國高等教育邁向“大眾化”階段的同時,教學硬件設施不足與師資力量缺乏等教育資源問題凸顯,,建立完善的高等教育質(zhì)量監(jiān)控體系,合理地優(yōu)化配置高等教育資源,保證我國高等教育質(zhì)量的穩(wěn)步提升,對我國高等教育人才培養(yǎng)工作的發(fā)展和社會的進步具有重要意義。 本文立足于省級高等教育質(zhì)量監(jiān)控,引入空間概念,將GIS技術與教育相結合,進一步探究廣西區(qū)域內(nèi)高等教育資源的合理布局和優(yōu)化配置,從而實現(xiàn)廣西高等教育質(zhì)量的整體發(fā)展,為決策層提供基礎的數(shù)據(jù)支持。 文章首先在我國高等教育大眾化的背景下,結合PDCA質(zhì)量監(jiān)控循環(huán)模式以及質(zhì)量螺旋形成理論,設計了基于“省-!眱杉壍母叩冉逃|(zhì)量監(jiān)控體系。對構建廣西高等教育質(zhì)量監(jiān)控平臺的相關技術進行分析。通過RIA技術為監(jiān)控平臺提供豐富的交互體驗。在地圖服務方面,使用ArcGIS Server為監(jiān)控平臺提供地圖底圖,采用Flex Viewer開發(fā)框架實現(xiàn)平臺業(yè)務邏輯功能。 然后,根據(jù)已設計的廣西高等教育質(zhì)量監(jiān)控體系進行需求分析,完成系統(tǒng)功能模塊的設計。根據(jù)功能需求,完成數(shù)據(jù)庫結構設計和程序邏輯結構設計。綜合運用Flex技術、WebGIS技術和.NET技術進行廣西高等教育質(zhì)量監(jiān)控平臺的開發(fā),實現(xiàn)了廣西各類型高校監(jiān)控、廣西各城市高校監(jiān)控、區(qū)域高等教育資源監(jiān)控、廣西高校專題資源分布監(jiān)控、廣西各高校發(fā)展狀態(tài)對比監(jiān)控和廣西各高校自身發(fā)展趨勢監(jiān)控等七大監(jiān)控服務。提供了包括分學校類別、分城市、分資源專題、分時間緯度等多個角度來實現(xiàn)省、校兩級高等教育質(zhì)量監(jiān)控活動。提出了從空間分析、橫縱向統(tǒng)計分析、數(shù)據(jù)儀表盤分析的新視角進行廣西高等教育質(zhì)量監(jiān)控的方式。 最后,對論文已完成的研究工作進行總結,對于本文研究的未盡之處以及未來需進一步深入研究的內(nèi)容進行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of higher education in China. As the scale of higher education expands day by day, the problem of educational quality is paid more and more attention by all circles of the society. At the same time, the higher education of our country moves towards the stage of "popularization". The problems of educational resources, such as the shortage of teaching hardware and the lack of teachers, are highlighted. Therefore, the establishment of a perfect quality monitoring system for higher education and the rational allocation of higher education resources. To ensure the steady improvement of the quality of higher education in our country is of great significance to the development of the cultivation of talents in higher education and the progress of the society. Based on the quality control of higher education at the provincial level, this paper introduces the concept of space and combines GIS technology with education to further explore the rational layout and optimal allocation of higher education resources in Guangxi. So as to realize the overall development of Guangxi higher education quality and provide basic data support for decision-making level. Firstly, under the background of popularization of higher education in China, combined with PDCA quality monitoring cycle model and quality spiral formation theory. Design based on "province-school" Two levels of higher education quality monitoring system. The construction of Guangxi higher education quality monitoring platform related technology analysis. Through the RIA technology for the monitoring platform to provide rich interactive experience in map services. ArcGIS Server is used to provide map base map for monitoring platform, and Flex Viewer development framework is used to realize platform business logic function. Then, according to the design of Guangxi higher education quality monitoring system needs analysis, complete the design of the system function module. According to the functional requirements. The database structure design and program logic structure design are completed, and the quality monitoring platform of Guangxi higher education is developed by using Flex technology and. Net technology. It realizes the monitoring of various types of universities in Guangxi, the monitoring of colleges and universities in various cities in Guangxi, the monitoring of regional higher education resources, and the monitoring of the distribution of specialized resources in Guangxi colleges and universities. Guangxi colleges and universities development state contrast monitoring and Guangxi colleges and universities own development trend monitoring and other seven monitoring services. The quality monitoring activities of higher education at provincial and school levels are realized from several angles such as time and latitude. This paper puts forward the spatial analysis, the horizontal and longitudinal statistical analysis. A new perspective of data dashboard analysis to monitor the quality of higher education in Guangxi. At last, the paper summarizes the research work, and looks forward to further research in the future.
