【摘要】：大學(xué)生是國(guó)家寶貴的人才資源，是祖國(guó)的未來(lái)、民族的希望，，擔(dān)負(fù)著我國(guó)社會(huì)主義事業(yè)建設(shè)的重大使命。高校要更多、更好地把大學(xué)生培養(yǎng)成祖國(guó)需要的合格人才，思想政治教育工作是不可或缺的重要手段和可靠保障。高校思想政治教育創(chuàng)新機(jī)制是保證創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)持續(xù)、高效運(yùn)行的一種制度化、科學(xué)化的教育工作運(yùn)行模式，對(duì)不斷創(chuàng)新高校思想政治教育工作有著全局性、穩(wěn)定性、長(zhǎng)期性的影響作用。高校思想政治教育創(chuàng)新機(jī)制建設(shè)研究對(duì)于促進(jìn)高校思想政治教育創(chuàng)特色、出成效、上水平，對(duì)于提升高校思想政治教育工作的實(shí)效性和長(zhǎng)效性，具有重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。本文從高校思想政治教育創(chuàng)新機(jī)制建設(shè)的意義和基本構(gòu)成要素入手，通過(guò)對(duì)高校思想政治教育創(chuàng)新機(jī)制現(xiàn)狀的分析，指出目前高校思想政治教育創(chuàng)新機(jī)制建設(shè)存在的突出問(wèn)題和影響高校思想政治教育創(chuàng)新機(jī)制建設(shè)的主要因素，進(jìn)而引發(fā)對(duì)高校思想政治教育創(chuàng)新機(jī)制建設(shè)的探索。本文重點(diǎn)對(duì)理論研究、日常工作、隊(duì)伍管理三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了創(chuàng)新機(jī)制的構(gòu)建，具體從每個(gè)創(chuàng)新機(jī)制建設(shè)的基本要素、基本構(gòu)架及其各要素之間的關(guān)系和運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)分析方面做了詳細(xì)闡述，使高校思想政治教育創(chuàng)新機(jī)制的建設(shè)更加充實(shí)、生動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:College students are the country's valuable talent resources, is the future of the motherland, the hope of the nation, shouldering the great mission of socialist construction in China. Ideological and political education is an indispensable and important means and reliable guarantee to better train college students into qualified talents needed by the motherland. The innovation mechanism of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is to ensure the continuity of innovation activities. The efficient operation of an institutionalized and scientific mode of educational work is of overall importance and stability to the continuous innovation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The research on the innovative mechanism construction of ideological and political education in colleges and universities can promote the ideological and political education in colleges and universities to create characteristics, achieve results, and improve the level. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to improve the effectiveness and long-term effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This paper starts with the significance and basic elements of the construction of innovative mechanism of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Through the analysis of the current situation of the innovation mechanism of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, this paper points out the outstanding problems existing in the construction of the innovative mechanism of ideological and political education in colleges and universities and the main factors affecting the construction of the innovative mechanism of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This paper focuses on the theoretical research, daily work, team management of the three aspects of the construction of innovative mechanisms. This paper expounds in detail the basic elements of each innovation mechanism, the basic framework and the relationship and operation analysis among the elements, which makes the construction of the innovation mechanism of ideological and political education in colleges and universities more substantial and vivid.
