【摘要】：應用型本科院校轉(zhuǎn)型的起點在于課程改革,課程改革的方向在于從傳統(tǒng)的學科體系課程向工作過程導向項目化課程轉(zhuǎn)變,目的在于培養(yǎng)滿足社會需要的中級應用型人才。在"先入行,再學理,最后再實踐"的工學結(jié)合人才培養(yǎng)模式的基礎上,遵循"以理論知識為基礎,以工作過程為導向,項目化教學為主體,典型工作任務為中心,以培養(yǎng)學生綜合能力為目標"的課程開發(fā)理念,采用"四步教學法"實現(xiàn)"酒店前廳與客房管理"的課程目標。
