【摘要】:隨著東盟貿(mào)易區(qū)的發(fā)展,中國(guó)與東盟各國(guó)之間的國(guó)際教育交流逐步頻繁,來華留學(xué)的人數(shù)逐年增加。廣西有著優(yōu)越的地理位置,成為東盟學(xué)生來華留學(xué)的主要陣地。來桂留學(xué)的人數(shù)不斷增加,留學(xué)的層次也逐步加深,由最開始的短期語言生到本科、碩士以及博士。目前廣西的國(guó)際教育呈現(xiàn)出良好的發(fā)展前景,但與之而來的教育服務(wù)質(zhì)量問題也逐漸成為社會(huì)關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。教育服務(wù)質(zhì)量尤其是高層次的教育服務(wù)質(zhì)量很大程度上影響廣西對(duì)東盟碩士留學(xué)生的吸引力,而科學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)東盟碩士留學(xué)生的教育服務(wù)質(zhì)量則是高層次留學(xué)生教育服務(wù)質(zhì)量的重要保障。為了更好地促進(jìn)東盟碩士留學(xué)生教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展,本文從東盟碩士留學(xué)生的角度出發(fā),以學(xué)生為評(píng)價(jià)主體,構(gòu)建一套適合東盟碩士留學(xué)生教育服務(wù)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)體系。本篇論文共由五章構(gòu)成,第一章為緒論,介紹了當(dāng)前廣西東盟碩士留學(xué)生教育的背景、研究意義,并且對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了評(píng)述,進(jìn)而發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)下研究的不足之處,提出需要進(jìn)一步發(fā)展與提升的空間。第二章為相關(guān)概念與理論基礎(chǔ)介紹。對(duì)東盟碩士留學(xué)生的界定、明確教育服務(wù)質(zhì)量的含義,對(duì)全面質(zhì)量管理理論、服務(wù)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)方法進(jìn)行了主要介紹。第三章為廣西高校東盟碩士留學(xué)生教育服務(wù)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)現(xiàn)狀,指出當(dāng)下廣西高校東盟碩士留學(xué)生教育服務(wù)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)存在的問題以及針對(duì)這些問題的原進(jìn)行分析。第四章為廣西高校東盟碩士留學(xué)生教育服務(wù)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)體系的構(gòu)建,主要是從東盟碩士留學(xué)生的角度創(chuàng)建評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),并對(duì)廣西大學(xué)東盟碩士留學(xué)生教育服務(wù)質(zhì)量進(jìn)行模擬評(píng)價(jià)。第五章為廣西高校東盟碩士留學(xué)生教育服務(wù)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)體系實(shí)施的建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of the ASEAN trade area, the international educational exchange between China and the ASEAN countries is becoming more frequent, and the number of students coming to China has increased year by year. Guangxi has a superior geographical position and has become the main position of the ASEAN students to study in China. The number of students studying in laurel has been increasing, and the level of studying abroad has gradually deepened, from the beginning of the short-term language to undergraduate, master and doctor. At present, the international education in Guangxi has shown good prospects for development, but the problem of education service quality has gradually become the focus of social concern. The quality of education service, especially the high level of education service quality, has great influence on the attraction of Guangxi to ASEAN students. Scientific evaluation of the quality of education service of ASEAN students is an important guarantee for the quality of international student education. In order to better promote the development of ASEAN's master's and overseas students' education, this paper, from the perspective of ASEAN's masters and students, takes student as the main body of evaluation, and constructs a set of evaluation system suitable for ASEAN's international student education service quality. This thesis consists of five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, introduces the background and significance on the current Guangxi ASEAN foreign student's education, and the related literature at home and abroad were reviewed, and then find the shortcomings of current research, put forward the further development and promotion space. The second chapter is the introduction of the related concepts and theoretical basis. The definition of the ASEAN Students and the meaning of the quality of the education service are clarifying, and the overall quality management theory and the quality of service evaluation methods are mainly introduced. The third chapter is the evaluation of the quality of ASEAN's master's and international students' education service in Guangxi. It points out the existing problems in the quality evaluation of ASEAN's master's and international students' education service in Guangxi, and analyzes the original problems. The fourth chapter is the construction of the quality evaluation system of ASEAN's master's and international students' education service in Guangxi's universities, mainly from the perspective of ASEAN's masters and international students, and establishes the evaluation index, and simulates and appraise the quality of ASEAN's master's and international students' education service in Guangxi University. The fifth chapter is the suggestion for the implementation of the evaluation system of the quality of the education service of the ASEAN Students in Guangxi University.
