教育督導(dǎo)人員的職業(yè)性質(zhì)與職業(yè)素養(yǎng)

【摘要】:教育督導(dǎo)人員既不是教師,又不是學(xué)校管理人員,而是專業(yè)性的教育行政人員。教育督導(dǎo)人員的這種職業(yè)性質(zhì)決定了教育督導(dǎo)人員必須具有較高的政策理論水平,良好的思想品德修養(yǎng)和心理素養(yǎng),較高的文化水平和較強(qiáng)的業(yè)務(wù)能力,扎實(shí)的現(xiàn)代教育理論,強(qiáng)烈的事業(yè)心和務(wù)實(shí)的工作作風(fēng)等基本職業(yè)素養(yǎng)要求。
[Abstract]:The educational supervisor is neither a teacher nor a school administrator, but a professional educational administrator. This professional nature of the educational supervisors determines that the educational supervisors must have a higher level of policy theory, good ideological and moral cultivation and psychological accomplishment, a higher level of education and professional competence, and a solid modern educational theory. Strong dedication and pragmatic work style and other basic professional requirements.
