反思:讓教學(xué)少些缺憾

【摘要】:目前,反思性教學(xué)作為教育理論和實(shí)踐的熱點(diǎn)問題之一,為全球教育工作者和教育研究者所矚目。反思性教學(xué)是教師研究解決教學(xué)問題的重要手段,也是促進(jìn)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的有效途徑。鑒于此,本文試圖以闡釋反思性教學(xué)為基點(diǎn),探討反思性教學(xué),力求在理論與實(shí)踐的結(jié)合上對(duì)反思性教學(xué)作一些公正的、客觀的、實(shí)事求是的界定與評(píng)估,以期在思想上、理論上對(duì)反思性教學(xué)的研究有所突破,用科學(xué)的發(fā)展觀統(tǒng)領(lǐng)教育教學(xué)領(lǐng)域。
[Abstract]:At present, as one of the hot issues in educational theory and practice, reflective teaching has attracted the attention of educators and educational researchers all over the world. Reflective teaching is not only an important means for teachers to study and solve teaching problems, but also an effective way to promote teachers' professional development. In view of this, this paper attempts to explore reflective teaching based on the interpretation of reflective teaching, in order to make some fair, objective and realistic definition and evaluation of reflective teaching in the combination of theory and practice, with a view to thinking about it. In theory, the research of reflective teaching has a breakthrough, and the scientific concept of development dominates the field of education and teaching.
