【摘要】：作為新時(shí)期高校的一個(gè)特殊群體,少數(shù)民族大學(xué)生不僅是未來國(guó)家社會(huì)主義建設(shè)的棟梁,還是未來推動(dòng)少數(shù)民族地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化發(fā)展的骨干力量。少數(shù)民族大學(xué)生同其他大學(xué)生一樣,生理、心理處在一個(gè)迅速變化期,特別容易受到各種外界因素的影響而產(chǎn)生心理不適。這種心理不適應(yīng)不僅表現(xiàn)在外顯的語言交際、生活習(xí)俗上,還表現(xiàn)在其內(nèi)在的宗教信仰、行為準(zhǔn)則、思維方式因?yàn)闆_突帶來一系列的心理體驗(yàn)上。我們必須正確引導(dǎo)民族學(xué)生對(duì)新的社會(huì)環(huán)境和文化氛圍進(jìn)行心理調(diào)適,制訂行之有效的措施,幫助民族學(xué)生盡快適應(yīng)大學(xué)生活,促進(jìn)校園和諧與民族和諧。
[Abstract]:As a special group of colleges and universities in the new era, minority college students are not only the pillars of the future socialist construction of the country, but also the backbone of the economic and cultural development of minority areas in the future. Like other college students, minority college students are in a period of rapid changes in physiology and psychology, and are especially vulnerable to psychological discomfort caused by various external factors. This kind of psychological maladjustment is not only manifested in the explicit language communication, life custom, but also in its inherent religious belief, the code of conduct, the way of thinking brings a series of psychological experience because of the conflict. We must correctly guide ethnic students to adjust their psychology to the new social environment and cultural atmosphere, formulate effective measures to help ethnic students adapt to college life as soon as possible, and promote campus harmony and national harmony.
