【摘要】：素質(zhì)教育是以提高國(guó)民素質(zhì)為根本宗旨,發(fā)掘人的潛能、塑造人的品格、促進(jìn)人的全面發(fā)展的教育。它具有堅(jiān)持以人為本、體現(xiàn)全面發(fā)展、面向全體學(xué)生、重視個(gè)性培養(yǎng)、突出精神價(jià)值、關(guān)注終身發(fā)展等六大特征。當(dāng)前,素質(zhì)教育在實(shí)踐中面臨著應(yīng)試教育的流弊、工具理性的沖擊、文理分科的偏狹、教育模式的陳舊、社會(huì)觀念的誤區(qū)等五大障礙。全面推進(jìn)素質(zhì)教育,必須有時(shí)不我待的緊迫感,需要堅(jiān)持不懈的韌性戰(zhàn)斗,并著力營(yíng)造適宜的社會(huì)環(huán)境,通過(guò)深化教育改革和教育創(chuàng)新,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)素質(zhì)教育實(shí)踐障礙的突破。
[Abstract]:Quality education is to improve the quality of the people as the basic purpose, explore the potential of people, shape the character of people, promote the all-round development of human education. It has six characteristics, such as adhering to people-oriented, embodying all-round development, facing all students, paying attention to the cultivation of personality, highlighting spiritual value and paying attention to lifelong development. At present, quality education is faced with five obstacles in practice, such as the disadvantages of examination-oriented education, the impact of instrumental rationality, the intolerance of the division of arts and sciences, the outmoded educational model, the misunderstanding of social concepts, and so on. In order to promote quality-oriented education in an all-round way, we must have a sense of urgency, must persevere in the fight of resilience, and strive to create a suitable social environment to achieve a breakthrough in the obstacles to the practice of quality-oriented education through deepening educational reform and educational innovation.
