【摘要】：達(dá)喀爾世界教育論壇被認(rèn)為是世界全民教育運(yùn)動(dòng)新的轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn)。全民教育的十年評(píng)估以來(lái),教育權(quán)利得到了世界范圍內(nèi)各國(guó)的廣泛認(rèn)同,教育質(zhì)量成為全民教育的主要關(guān)注點(diǎn)。但世界全民教育依然面臨巨大挑戰(zhàn),而全民終身學(xué)習(xí)是21世紀(jì)教育的關(guān)鍵,是實(shí)現(xiàn)更為有質(zhì)量的生活和人性化社會(huì)的希望。
[Abstract]:The Dakar World Education Forum is considered a new turning point in the World Education for all movement. Since the 10-year evaluation of Education for all (EFA), the right to education has been widely recognized by countries all over the world, and the quality of education has become the main concern of EFA. However, universal education for all is still facing a great challenge, and lifelong learning for all is the key to education in the 21st century and the hope of realizing a more quality of life and a humanized society.
