【摘要】： 當(dāng)一個(gè)人出現(xiàn)了自己難以解決的心理問題或情緒困擾,向精神衛(wèi)生和心理咨詢機(jī)構(gòu)求助,稱為尋求專業(yè)性心理幫助。本研究在對(duì)尋求專業(yè)性心理幫助問卷進(jìn)行修訂的基礎(chǔ)之上,探討大學(xué)生心理求助態(tài)度、自我表露和人格維度之間的相關(guān)關(guān)系,且試圖通過團(tuán)體干預(yù)來提高大學(xué)生尋求專業(yè)性心理幫助的態(tài)度,促進(jìn)大學(xué)生的求助行為。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)尋求專業(yè)性心理幫助態(tài)度與人格維度中的神經(jīng)質(zhì)和精神質(zhì)均有顯著地負(fù)相關(guān);人格維度中的內(nèi)外傾與自我表露呈顯著正相關(guān);神經(jīng)質(zhì)與自我表露呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān);大學(xué)生對(duì)不同目標(biāo)人的自我表露存在顯著性差異;大學(xué)生對(duì)尋求專業(yè)性心理幫助態(tài)度存在性別差異;(2)前后測(cè)結(jié)果表明干預(yù)班的求助態(tài)度后測(cè)與前測(cè)結(jié)果有顯著差異;對(duì)照班的求助態(tài)度前后測(cè)也存在差異;干預(yù)班的后測(cè)結(jié)果求助態(tài)度顯著高于對(duì)照班后測(cè)結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:When a person has a mental problem or emotional distress that they cannot solve, seek help from a mental health and psychological counseling agency. Based on the revision of the questionnaire on seeking professional psychological help, this study explores the correlation among psychological help-seeking attitude, self-disclosure and personality dimension of college students. And try to improve the attitude of college students seeking professional psychological help through group intervention. The results showed that the attitude of seeking professional psychological help was negatively correlated with neuroticism and psychoticism in personality dimension. There was a significant positive correlation between introversion and introversion in personality dimension. Neuroticism was negatively correlated with self-disclosure. There are significant differences in the self-disclosure of different target people among college students; There are gender differences in the attitude of college students to seeking professional psychological help; (2) the results of pre-and post-test showed that there was significant difference between the post-test and pre-test of the intervention class. There were also differences in the attitude to help between the control class and the control class before and after the test. The attitude to help help in the intervention class was significantly higher than that in the control class.
