基于學(xué)校網(wǎng)站的高校師生互動(dòng)平臺(tái)研究

【摘要】: 師生之間的互動(dòng)是影響教學(xué)質(zhì)量、制約教育成效的關(guān)鍵因素。高校教師教學(xué)能力提高的關(guān)鍵在于在新的教育理念的指導(dǎo)下利用師生互動(dòng),了解學(xué)習(xí)者需求,調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)者的學(xué)習(xí)積極性,完善教學(xué)方式,增強(qiáng)教學(xué)效能感,提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量。然而,高校本科教學(xué)實(shí)際情況不盡人意,幾乎還是原來填鴨式教學(xué),師生互動(dòng)嚴(yán)重不足,嚴(yán)重影響了教學(xué)效果,更別說培養(yǎng)合格創(chuàng)新性人才了。 技術(shù)的發(fā)展、教育理念的更新往往會(huì)給現(xiàn)實(shí)問題的解決帶來契機(jī)。現(xiàn)代網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的發(fā)展就為高校師生互動(dòng)的提高提供了新的途徑,它使時(shí)空分隔漸漸模糊,學(xué)習(xí)變得隨時(shí)隨地,學(xué)習(xí)資源豐富,展現(xiàn)形式多樣化、個(gè)性化。這就解決了高校師生互動(dòng)的時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)問題,也為完善教學(xué)方式、培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新性人才提供了可能。以人為本的人本主義教育理念,及其對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)的理解為我們改善高校師生互動(dòng),增強(qiáng)教學(xué)質(zhì)量提供了理論支撐。 本研究通過深入分析教與學(xué)互動(dòng)需求,尤其是當(dāng)今高校學(xué)習(xí)者的學(xué)習(xí)特點(diǎn),以人本主義學(xué)習(xí)理論的為指導(dǎo),從實(shí)際出發(fā),提出構(gòu)建基于學(xué)校網(wǎng)站的高校師生互動(dòng)平臺(tái)的設(shè)想,設(shè)計(jì)平臺(tái)結(jié)構(gòu)圖并對(duì)平臺(tái)各模塊功能進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)闡述。希望能給高校教師、管理者帶來一點(diǎn)觸動(dòng),能改善師生互動(dòng)現(xiàn)狀,增強(qiáng)教師教學(xué)能力,提高教學(xué)效果,主要研究內(nèi)容如下: 第1章,主要介紹本研究的選題背景以及國內(nèi)外關(guān)于高校師生互動(dòng)的研究現(xiàn)狀、本研究的研究思路、研究目的和研究價(jià)值。 第2章,主要介紹高校師生互動(dòng)平臺(tái)研究的基礎(chǔ)。包括高校師生互動(dòng)平臺(tái)的建立技術(shù)支持和高校師生互動(dòng)平臺(tái)建立的理論支撐。 第3章,高校師生互動(dòng)平臺(tái)的構(gòu)建。本部分是論文的重點(diǎn)部分。通過教與學(xué)互動(dòng)的需求分析,以人本主義學(xué)習(xí)理論為出發(fā)點(diǎn),以技術(shù)為條件構(gòu)建平臺(tái)。畫出平臺(tái)結(jié)構(gòu)圖并對(duì)平臺(tái)的各個(gè)模塊進(jìn)行功能分析,以及從教師、學(xué)習(xí)者、管理者三個(gè)層面具體的分析平臺(tái)功能。 第4章,采用典型案例的方法對(duì)高校師生互動(dòng)平臺(tái)的教學(xué)應(yīng)用進(jìn)行分析。包括首都師范大學(xué)網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)堂的簡介;首都師范大學(xué)網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)堂師生互動(dòng)平臺(tái)模塊的功能和應(yīng)用情況介紹;與本研究所建立的平臺(tái)進(jìn)行比較分析,得出不足及其思考。 第5章,結(jié)論部分。本部分分兩個(gè)方面:一是方案執(zhí)行存在的困難。主要從教師和學(xué)習(xí)者對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)的正確認(rèn)識(shí)水平和平臺(tái)運(yùn)行需求環(huán)境和實(shí)際中的差距以及平臺(tái)運(yùn)營管理方面等進(jìn)行分析。二是對(duì)未來學(xué)習(xí)方式、師生互動(dòng)方式的展望。
[Abstract]:The interaction between teachers and students is the key factor affecting the teaching quality and restricting the effectiveness of education. The key to improve the teaching ability of college teachers is to make use of the interaction between teachers and students under the guidance of the new educational idea, to understand the needs of learners, to mobilize learners' enthusiasm for learning, to perfect teaching methods, to enhance the sense of teaching efficacy, and to improve the quality of teaching. However, the actual situation of undergraduate teaching in colleges and universities is not satisfactory, it is almost the original type of teaching, the interaction between teachers and students is seriously insufficient, which seriously affects the teaching effect, let alone cultivate qualified and innovative talents. The development of technology and the renewal of educational ideas will often bring opportunities to the solution of practical problems. The development of modern network technology provides a new way to improve the interaction between teachers and students in colleges and universities. It makes the separation of time and space blurred gradually, learning becomes anytime and anywhere, learning resources are rich, the forms of presentation are diversified and personalized. This solves the problem of the time and location of teacher-student interaction in colleges and universities. It also provides the possibility for improving teaching methods and cultivating innovative talents. The humanistic education concept and its understanding of learning provide theoretical support for us to improve the interaction between teachers and students in colleges and universities and enhance the quality of teaching. Through in-depth analysis of the interactive needs of teaching and learning, especially the learning characteristics of today's college learners, under the guidance of humanistic learning theory and from the practical point of view, the paper puts forward the idea of constructing a teacher-student interaction platform based on the school website. The structure diagram of the platform is designed and the function of each module of the platform is described in detail. Hope to bring a little touch to the university teachers and administrators, can improve the current situation of teacher-student interaction, enhance teachers' teaching ability, improve the teaching effect, the main research contents are as follows: chapter 1, This paper mainly introduces the background of this research and the research status of teacher-student interaction at home and abroad, the research ideas, the purpose and the research value of this research. The second chapter mainly introduces the research foundation of teacher-student interaction platform in colleges and universities. Including the establishment of university teacher-student interaction platform technical support and university teacher-student interaction platform to establish theoretical support.
