【摘要】：遠(yuǎn)程職業(yè)教育是促進(jìn)農(nóng)村教育發(fā)展最有效的途徑,它作為構(gòu)建終身學(xué)習(xí)和學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)的重要手段,在農(nóng)村有極為廣泛的需求和廣闊的發(fā)展空間。為了探索遠(yuǎn)程職業(yè)教育的惠農(nóng)功能及其價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)的途徑,本文論述了惠農(nóng)是遠(yuǎn)程職業(yè)教育的戰(zhàn)略使命和所面臨的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,并以廣東省現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程職業(yè)教育服務(wù)"三農(nóng)"典型實(shí)踐活動(dòng)為案例,分析了我國(guó)農(nóng)村遠(yuǎn)程職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀、遠(yuǎn)程職業(yè)教育的惠農(nóng)功能和農(nóng)村遠(yuǎn)程職業(yè)教育發(fā)展中所存在的問(wèn)題,最后,筆者從明確重要性,提高保障性;健全辦學(xué)體制,理順?lè)⻊?wù)機(jī)制,優(yōu)化教學(xué)環(huán)境;注重辦學(xué)特色,增強(qiáng)服務(wù)有效性等方面論述了惠農(nóng)功能實(shí)現(xiàn)的主要途徑。本研究對(duì)如何開(kāi)展我國(guó)農(nóng)村遠(yuǎn)程職業(yè)教育具有參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Distance vocational education is the most effective way to promote the development of rural education. As an important means of constructing lifelong learning and learning society, distance vocational education has extensive needs and broad development space in rural areas. In order to explore the beneficial function of distance vocational education and the way to realize its value, this paper discusses that the benefit of agriculture is the strategic mission and the development opportunity of distance vocational education. Taking the typical practice of modern distance vocational education in Guangdong Province as a case study, this paper analyzes the present situation of the development of distance vocational education in rural areas in China. The benefit function of distance vocational education and the problems existing in the development of distance vocational education in rural areas. This paper discusses the main ways to realize the function of beneficial agriculture from the aspects of perfecting the school running system, straightening out the service mechanism, optimizing the teaching environment, paying attention to the characteristics of running a school, enhancing the effectiveness of service, and so on. This research has the reference value to how to develop the rural distance vocational education in our country.
