“大五”人格與應(yīng)對(duì)方式對(duì)企業(yè)員工心理健康的影響研究

【摘要】: 本研究在探討民營(yíng)企業(yè)員工這一特殊群體“大五”人格、應(yīng)對(duì)方式和心理健康之間相關(guān)關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒前人研究經(jīng)驗(yàn),運(yùn)用多層回歸分析探討大五人格對(duì)心理健康的預(yù)測(cè)效應(yīng),及應(yīng)對(duì)方式在其中的調(diào)節(jié)作用,以期獲得相應(yīng)的理論模型應(yīng)用于指導(dǎo)民營(yíng)企業(yè)員工的心理健康咨詢。目的:探討民營(yíng)企業(yè)員工“大五”人格、應(yīng)對(duì)方式對(duì)心理健康的影響,尋找成功的應(yīng)對(duì)模型。方法:對(duì)長(zhǎng)沙市6家民營(yíng)企業(yè)456名被試進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,并采用描述統(tǒng)計(jì)和多層回歸分折的方法對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)論:除員工性別、教育程度和心理健康相關(guān)不顯著外,其它控制變量(人口統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)變量)均與心理健康水平存在顯著相關(guān),各模型中的各預(yù)測(cè)變量與因變量有顯著的線性關(guān)系,且變量的每一次進(jìn)入都能夠有效導(dǎo)致模型整體解釋力的提高,宜人性×積極應(yīng)對(duì),宜人性×消極應(yīng)對(duì),智力×消極應(yīng)對(duì)的交互效應(yīng)都顯著地影響企業(yè)員工的心理健康水平;宜人性×積極應(yīng)對(duì)是企業(yè)員工心理健康的最佳應(yīng)對(duì)模式。
[Abstract]:On the basis of discussing the relationship between "Big five" personality, coping style and mental health of the special group of private enterprise employees, this study draws lessons from previous research experience. The prediction effect of Big five personality on mental health and the regulating effect of coping style on mental health were discussed by using multilevel regression analysis, in order to obtain the corresponding theoretical model to guide the psychological health consultation of private enterprise employees. Objective: to explore the influence of "Big five" personality and coping style on mental health of private enterprise employees and to find a successful coping model. Methods: 456 subjects of 6 private enterprises in Changsha were investigated by questionnaire, and the data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and multilevel regression analysis. Conclusion: except gender, education and mental health, other control variables (demographic variables) were significantly related to mental health. The predictive variables in each model have a significant linear relationship with dependent variables, and each entry of the variables can effectively improve the overall explanatory power of the model. The interaction effect of intelligence 脳 negative coping significantly affected the level of mental health of employees, and the best coping mode of employees was fit for human nature 脳 positive coping.
